We’ve gone here a few times when visiting. Won’t go there again. We expect high prices because it’s a tourist zone, but the place smells AND the service is slow. The last time we went, the 1 worker had his hair completely over the ice cream while serving and whipped it in the air to get it out of his face. Won’t be back.

We ordered our ice cream and waited almost an hour to get it. Noticed everyone that ordered after us were getting their orders, so we asked where our order was. They said they must have skipped it and tried to bring it to another workers attention. This person blew it off also. We asked again and the guy at the register, who was very sweet, had us write the order down. And then it sat there again without notice. We said something again. The guy brought it up to the other worker again and she finally started the order after asking multiple times if the four ice creams were in cups. Now, busy this time, they sold out of one of the ice cream flavors we asked for. After seeing multiple people that ordered after us getting it. No offer of compensation. Then the ice cream that came out was barely filling the cup compared to everyone else's. Just a really crappy experience. It was packed because it's spring break season, but to skip multiple people's orders and not work to rectify it immediately is just bad business. And it wasn't even very good! Disappointing.

Nice location, friendly service and gluten and dairy free options! Clean and bright atmosphere and lots of selection. I tried the fudge chocolate chip and the toasted coconut gluten and dairy free ice cream. Both were delicious.

What a great place with great Vibes and lots of color. We met the owner and he was super nice and he had great service. The ice cream was delicious it's a great place for families to stop in and get some ice cream.

Absolutely the best ice cream and service in Sarasota! Gentleman behind the counter took his time sharing information about the different ice creams and happily dishing up samples. Extremely generous portions and even better tasting ice cream! We will be back!
The service was on the slower end, and my partner ended up getting their single scoop ice cream order forgotten. While groups behind us got their ice creams and left. The coffee ice cream was good, tasted like the smell of fresh brewed coffee, It's was on the lighter side compared to your typical coffee flavors. Forgot my partners flavor of choice but it was very carmel heavy with "vanilla" ice cream. Coffee ice cream 4/5 Other ice cream 2/5 Service 2/5, forgotten :(
