I have never been treated like this by two incompetent individuals. We had been there looking at all there offerings. We moved up to look at the ice cream. So we decided to have ice cream. Some young spring breakers came in behind us and the employees started to help them. Without even acknowledging us or say if they could help us. Once I acknowledged we were there first they were combative to us. They told us to leave. All we wanted was something sweet after our lunch across the street.

Super nice guy

Craving fudge but it leaves a lot to be desired. Cookies and cream was super sweet and the chocolate peanut butter had a waxy taste. I've had way better fudge elsewhere. At $22/lb I'd spend my money at the ice cream shops across the street next time.

The people working there were super nice, the atmosphere/decor is amazing and of course the tasty sweets!

The Sugar Cookie Ice Cream was unreal and the staff was very friendly!

Honestly, the chocolate fudge is terrible. Very confusing taste. The texture is right, but the flavor is horrible.

On yelp it says "Closes at 10pm" and you come at 10:04... that means that the store is closed... the employee didn't get the chance to shut off the sign because of cleaning... just because you came after hours and didn't get in doesn't give you the right to give a local business a 1 star review to help tear them down. Do better thank you!

Simba loved visiting the Fudge Factory @ Siesta Key Village. Payton was great and we enjoyed his excellent customer service. Will come back, highly recommended!

Ice cream sandwich was amazing! Staff was great, especially since they were about to close.

You know how sometimes you read a yelp review and scoff because you know that the people who gave it a low review just don't want anyone else to try it? That may be the case with this hidden gem...I at least thought about it. We've walked past this joint for nearly 10 years of coming to Siesta and always let the run down outside patio deter us while ending up at the bigger name ice cream joints down the road...never again! We went to this place probably four times over our two weeks here this summer and, while it is always a young teenager working, the service was quick and thorough and the prices are great, especially compared to others. Check it out - you won't be disappointed. Pro tip: Get the kids ice cream here and then head next door to Blasé cafe for live music and a drinkable martini version for the adults!

Very pricey fudge but it is good. I don’t think I would pay another $22 again though.

Went for ice cream after dinner. Upon entering we were greeted by very enthusiastic owners, they encouraged us to try samples before purchasing, were great conversationalists and had a wide variety of choices. Highly recommend for ice cream and fudge (we did not try any other products).

Wow! What an amazing store! The best spot in Siesta to grab a sweet treat. Lots of fun space outside to sit and snack.
