I have a home about one mile from the Village. My last two experiences there were not great. The time before last, I took two friends from out of town and it took us over 1.5 hr to get our food. Evidentially, the order was lost/misplaced. The last time, my guest arrived to SK late in the evening. As we walked in, they were still serving customers outside at the picnic tables. We sat at the bar where two bartenders ignored us. Finally (after 10 plus min)they came our way only to tell us they were no longer serving food. If you go, stick to the margarita. Its usually consistent. Food is just OK. If you want a late night meal go to SKOB. The food is much better, consistent, with a much friendlier staff. Both places always have great live music.

Call ahead for large party they said no problem. Well it was a problem the people were so rude. The host had an attitude and the manager said “ no one told me this is my shift” food was not bad and our server was great, but kind of ruined it with the bad experience from the host, manager and another server that want not even ours.

I was here many times and in the beginning it was OK, but now I can't recommend this place. The last three times were horrible. Food is not like before. Fries tasted like they were fried on months old oil. Service is awful now, except one bold guy who is great and takes care of customers. Today, we did not receive even plates for appetizers, and the service guy just showed up at the end when my husband invited him to come to our table by looking at him for a while, to ask if we want boxes and check. We were not able to order more drinks or so. We were here also a week ago, and service was even worse than today. After I ate their food I was feeling very bad! So today was our last time in this place. I don't recommend it. Also, a week ago, something was wrong with the restroom, and today, it is still not fixed.

Have been coming here for about 10 years due to the outstanding fall off the bone baby back ribs and awesome blend of short rib, brisket and chuck blend burgers. Unfortunately they have changed the formula and it's not nearly as good. They experimented with this and the ribs in the last couple years and went back to the original. Hopefully they do the same this time around.
Slow slow service, food was decent but took forever to get our bill and actually return with the receipt. Wasn't packed either
