Worst experience ever. AC was not working and it was stifling. Had to leave the restaurant several times so I wouldn't pass out. Server made it worse by not being attentive. Ordeal was over 3 hours long for dinner in that horrible heat. The restaurant should never have been open that night.

We were over charged for two drinks. The menu shows the love martini at $12.00 each and we were charged $14.00 each

Our server, Mike was wonderful and explained every step of the process. He mixed some of the condiments at the table and did a great job of telling us what he was doing. Well, the meal was expensive, it was very plentiful in the quantity and quality of the products. The cheese fondue and the chocolate fondue were exceptional. The entrée portions had a lot of variety and we enjoyed them too. It is not an every day dinner, but it certainly is wonderful for a special occasion.

Our server was so kind and patient. We came in close to close and were still eating after the door were already locked and didn't feel rushed. This was an experience I've been waiting for since sophomore year of high school and it lived up to the expectations.

I've visited this location four times now, and up until recently, the service had consistently fallen short of the experience I remember and loved growing up at The Melting Pot in Fort Myers. A month ago, I dined here on a quiet Monday night, and the service was just okay—which was especially disappointing since it was my boyfriend's first time. We decided to give it another shot on Father's Day, going in with zero expectations—and we were so glad we did. Dara completely changed the experience for us. She was warm, attentive without being overbearing, and made us feel truly cared for throughout the entire meal. Her kindness and professionalism reminded me of what The Melting Pot should feel like. Thanks to Dara, I now know that great service does exist at this location, and I'll definitely be back because of her.

We had the best experience at Melting Pot of Sarasota!!! The restaurant was pretty busy! You would have never known by the phenomenal service that there was an 18 person wedding party happening! Alex was the best server! So knowledgeable and present! The fondue ,protein and desserts exceeded our expectations! All so delicious! I will be recommending the Melting Pot to everyone!

I always call this ‘fun fondue experience’. We thoroughly enjoyed the cheese fondue here with the pretzel bread, fruits etc. However, the portions of the shrimps or meat entree can be improved. Chocolate fondue but of course was the highlight of the evening :)

My husband and I went in the Thursday before Mother’s Day to celebrate it and some other good news . We have eaten here more than 5 times before and as always the cheese , salad, entrees and chocolate were divine!!!! Best of all was our waiter Jake who made our evening so very special with his happy personality, nice conversation, fantastic service and attention to detail. We got to enjoy a peaceful date night, delicious meal and amazing service from Jake ! We will definitely be back soon ! Thanks Jake you are the best !!!!
