We had the best experience at Melting Pot of Sarasota!!! The restaurant was pretty busy! You would have never known by the phenomenal service that there was an 18 person wedding party happening! Alex was the best server! So knowledgeable and present! The fondue ,protein and desserts exceeded our expectations! All so delicious! I will be recommending the Melting Pot to everyone!

I always call this ‘fun fondue experience’. We thoroughly enjoyed the cheese fondue here with the pretzel bread, fruits etc. However, the portions of the shrimps or meat entree can be improved. Chocolate fondue but of course was the highlight of the evening :)

My husband and I went in the Thursday before Mother’s Day to celebrate it and some other good news . We have eaten here more than 5 times before and as always the cheese , salad, entrees and chocolate were divine!!!! Best of all was our waiter Jake who made our evening so very special with his happy personality, nice conversation, fantastic service and attention to detail. We got to enjoy a peaceful date night, delicious meal and amazing service from Jake ! We will definitely be back soon ! Thanks Jake you are the best !!!!

A truly amazing experience! This was only my second time visiting the melting pot, both being to this location. I was celebrating my birthday and they honestly made it special. They were very accommodating to my large party. I had the yin yang martini to start I seen it online and found it beautiful.The bartender Stephanie did I great job on the drinks and they were amazing. Stephanie was also our server she was so bubbly and full of personality. She accommodated all of the allergies and diets at the table perfectly. The food was great overall a really amazing birthday can’t wait to be back!

We have been going to the Melting Pot since the early 1990s. Always enjoyed the atmosphere, unique dining experience, and general intimacy of the restaurant. I know many things have changed some for the good and some to increase efficiency. Each changing the experience in some way. We went for Mothers Day and the choas that the workers were attempting to manage ridiculous. We came for our 6:15 reservation and were told 15 to 20 min ok no problem. We are seeing large groups for 6:30 reservations seated more people coming in, and a couple of 2 parties leaving from the looks of it. After about 30 min, I approach the hostess to ask approximate seating time. She was about to tell me the same answer when I pointed out we had already been waiting a half hour. They offer us a high top, and we agreed to figuring it's almost 7 pm. High top attaches to the bar, and we were placed where the servers would come and pick up drinks. Waiting for a waitress wondering if there is one for that table, she shows up apologizing, not knowing she had our table. Between our waitress and the bartender's service, all things were mostly straightened out, and we started to have a wonderful meal. So thank you to y'all. The other part was that my daughter had made the reservation online and ordered certain things for the table and was given a choice between the Mothers Day menu and regular menu. She chose the regular menu to better meet my dietary restrictions . They almost totally forgot the table items, and they were only serving from the Mothers Day menu. So why give the option for a different menu if it's not an option? Aside from that, once upon a time, y'all had a replacement for salad if for some reason, it wasn't wanted or in my chase medically, not supposed to have it. It's nice that you add something to the meal or dessert to cover it, but while others are at the table eating salad, you are left to stare at them eat , twiddling your thumbs, whatever . This is just a little award if you ask me.

What a great place for a private dinner or even a dinner party. I took my girlfriend for her birthday and was able to pre arrange rose petals on the table and candles. The food is very good quality and the servers are great. We had Nathan and he was very helpful since my girlfriend and I were first timers. Down side is the dinners are a little long at between 2 and a half to 3 hours, but when your date was as pretty as mine I didn't mind at all. And they are a little pricey especially when you go all out for the lobster combo but it's so worth it.

We went as a family to celebrate my daughter's fifteenth birthday. From the moment we walked in we had the best experience! The hostess immediately greeted us and wished our daughter a happy birthday. Evan was our server and he was fantastic! Very attentive and knowledgeable.
