Lido Beach Tiki Bar

Private to members and residents during holidays. Incredible staff, quality drinks and food! We loved our visit!

This is a fantastic place with a fantastic view. The waitstaff at the Tiki bar is second to none. Want to give a shout out to Tarig who waited on us today. Great bartender as are all who serve there. We did not have food this visit, but in the past, the food is great too. AND, what a view of the water!

It was not busy at all when we got there, in fact, we were the only ones there! Service was great. Everyone was nice. Beer selection wasn’t fantastic, but that is not what we were there for.

This was a super unpleasant experience. First, a server, Eric Otero took our drink order and then never brought it. And then we saw, very inconsistently, that drinks were brought to people that arrived after us, but then some who had been before us had even had their order taken. It was chaos. At one point we heard the female bartender say: I’m going to stab someone with a knife. She was very stressed out. Eric further frustrated our experience because, after ordering the same drink multiple times and never receiving it, we tried to go inside to order from the bar, but he stopped us because we weren’t guests. We tried to explain that we just wanted to be able to order a drink- he said we order through him, not even recognizing or acknowledging that we had already placed an order with him! It was wild and I was so bummed by the experience. So were a lot of the patrons there that afternoon.

Great spot right on the beach between two huge pools at the back of the Lido Beach Resort. Very active bar scene under the tiki roof - quite fun. Super friendly and helpful staff. Definitely on the pricey side, but the venue makes up for the cost. Umbrellas could have been a little larger for more shade, but overall great spot. Delicious piña coladas and a decent mix of draft and canned beers and seltzers. We ended up with a couple burgers on GF buns and a pound of peel and eat shrimp. Definitely ask for extra horseradish if you like it spicy. Full pound only came with one or two small lemon wedges and could have used some more. Random lettuce tomato and cucumber underneath was unexpected. Overall tasty but would come back for the venue over the food.

The bartenders (Tariq, Doug, Shelby, Marc and Dennis) at the Lido Beach Resort Tiki are outstanding! Thanks for the great service this past week!

We tried to have lunch and drinks here today. After being told that we had to sit in a back corner table rather than one of the open tables in the sunshine, we waited 15 minutes for a server. A server finally took the order of the table behind us that was seated after us. He never came to our table. When we approached the hostess about getting service she pointed to him but did nothing to help us get our orders placed. She did call the manager over but she was unable or unwilling to help resolve the situation.

This level of service is unacceptable. What’s even worse is that this was our 2nd try at the Tiki Hut since the hurricanes and the experience was equally bad both times. There are so many better local options. We won’t be back to the Tiki Hut.

BEST Pina Coladas ever, Topped w 151 Rum cant be beat. Great atmosphere and can’t wait to go back to Lido Beach?

Service at the tiki bar was awful! Sat with an empty cup for at least 40 minutes. Not one bartender made eye contact. Other people came in waited on them first. Asked a bartender if he could get us a drink he acted like he didn’t hear us. Horrible! So disappointed!

Joe was a terrible server. Initially took our order and did not ask if we were staying at the hotel like all the other patrons. Then proceeded to ignore us at the bar the entire time we tried to order a second round because he never came back to our table. We’d already spent $70 on food and drinks and he acted like we weren’t at the bar waiting. Horrible service, can’t recommend this place to anyone. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
