So sorry but no. The flavor was not there at all and it’s expensive nonetheless! I don’t care how low calorie it is- not worth it at all for a flavorless ice

Customer Service was top notch. The toppings were stale and the gummies had to be thrown out as soon as they tried to chew them. I would say most did not look fresh on the topping bar. The prices were really high, but I would rather give local than a big chain so that is okay with me. The place was really clean. The 3.99% credit card fee added on should just be includes in the cost of doing business for the owner. I also would look at a different vendor. I work for a bank, the 3.99% per transaction is high and honestly all places pay fee’s but don’t put it back on their customer. Overall this is a small business and I appreciate the customer service and how clean it was.

Frozen yogurt was decent, but my God the prices are exorbitant! I literally spent exactly half at Menchie’s at UTC for the exact same amount! I will be traveling the extra distance to go to munchies’s from now on

The yogurt was ok but -? Service? All they do is take the weight from the scale and ring you up…Tip- last time I checked, it meant “to insure prompt service”. I guess the tip is for yourself!

We love this place and we're pleasantly surprised to see it in Sarasota! If you haven't been here before it's pay-by-ounce and you get to fill your bowl. Great for kids because they can decide how to make their own treat. ?
