Gail did a phenomenal job on our wedding cake. It was beautiful, but more importantly it was delicious. We actually had guests telling us the morning after that they loved the cake and continued to go back for seconds! I believe there were only a few pieces left. It was such a hit. Gail was easy and wonderful to work with.

Gail baked the BEST cupcakes and treats for my wedding! She even took on my food intolerances (dairy and corn) and made us cupcakes with no butter, that EVERY guest LOVED! Sorry I just can't contain my excitement, she's just that good. Almost everywhere I go I can't have dessert, so it was a huge deal to me that there were treats I could have on my big day. She also made us cookies and churros and brownies and blondies... We just had this whole table loaded with handheld goodies. I can't recommend her enough! She's professional, detail oriented, arrives on time, and bakes the best cakes in town.

We were happy with the groom's cake, too, a Mexican chocolate with dulce de leche filling, shaped like a snare drum.)
