1st time in this place n loved it!
So many mistakes it’s hard to enjoy your meal. No plant protein after ordering so switched to another meal. There’s a price difference and not getting my money back because they’re very behind. Wrong order made. Didn’t get drinks till asked. Exceedingly long wait time. Only 2 staff for weekday lunch time. Like their chains, the food is good. It’s the ability to make it accurately and have it ready in a timely manner that’s a problem.
Update: refund processed. One of the 2 staff members disappeared during our order. We left after 50 mins, never having received all of our meal for all in our party. Manager was not on site. Don’t fault the teens/young adults. They should have a manager there to help them.
Staff are so rude. Never come back to this location

Every time I come here I ask for no lettuce or tomato.
And yet every time they still put it on there even when the sticker on my food says no.
Then I try calling and it goes straight to voicemail every time.
Love coming here. My order always comes out quickly. The staff is very welcoming. I get the Chipotle chicken club, it's always so good... hot and fresh. Awesome Management!

Great atmosphere felt welcoming great food and smoothie My wrap was fresh delicious and warm my smoothie was nice thick and sweet and the employees were so nice and helpful making suggestions I will 100%% be going back

I ordered two Acai Berry Boosts, but they tasted like alcohol. I went to the Clark location where the kind people there told me I was served expired ingredients and kindly remade them. Unacceptable.
Very watered down,barely any flavor and $15 and some change for two 2 years ago they were so delicious we bought 2 day for 6months straight while we were staying in our 5th wheel in the palms mobile home park next door Glad we didn’t tip the girl !!
Clear lack in management here, employees screaming and yelling at each other. It’s disrespectful to customers eating in the establishment. They need to address it.
