Very watered down,barely any flavor and $15 and some change for two 2 years ago they were so delicious we bought 2 day for 6months straight while we were staying in our 5th wheel in the palms mobile home park next door Glad we didn’t tip the girl !!

Clear lack in management here, employees screaming and yelling at each other. It’s disrespectful to customers eating in the establishment. They need to address it.

Mistakes happen and thats understandable, as Ive worked in restaurants. It is a demanding job working in this restaurant in particular and in my opinion they should have never added the drive thru as an ordering option. I walked in not too busy, used the restroom, and as soon as I sat down to look at the app I heard the employees saying theres "no more bacon". Another lady was already waiting for her sandwich to get substituted for the bacon. I ordered the "carribean jerk chicken wrap" to go as I had not had it before, got back to my car, took 2 bites only to find out the rice was COLD! Ugh... So I go back in and try to exchange for another sandwich comparable to the price and chose my classic favorite "chipotle chicken club wrap" about $1 cheaper. They couldn't refund any portion without a manager present and so I asked about a free cookie and the guy working the counter taking orders and making smoothies had no problem with that and was great at taking my order, my complaint and simply trying to get a newly made sandwich. The guy working there said he had only been there a month as I asked about any new sandwiches. A lady who spoke spanish was making all of the sandwiches at that time, there were only two employees there at that time when I first ordered. A newer employee (younger lady) showed up and was then helping make sandwiches but still learning the ingredients of each kind. The second sandwich I received as an exchange was very disappointing and after about 20 minutes of waiting when I was already starving, I walked back to my car to sit and I ate what appeared to be a "chicken bacon ranch" flatbread wrap with ranch dressing but received a cup of chipotle sauce in a container! In this flatbread wrap there obviously was NO bacon because the employees already knew they had no BACON and then the chicken was COLD! (but not ice cold) I only walked from the restaurant to my car as I was going to eat in the parking lot. There was a party of three people with sandwiches being made so I had to wait extra.
I spoke to the table next to me and one of those customers received just turkey and cheese on her sandwich when there was supposed to be tomatoes and lettuce at least but she did not want to deal with the hassle of an exchange:( It seemed at this point that the Spanish lady making the sandwiches was either not understanding basic things or not trying on how to make the sandwiches correctly. Still I'm not sure who would like cold rice on a wrap, that's kind of a big mistake when everything else was hot! There was frustration between the employees that needs to be resolved for all of the customer's sake. The other table I spoke with said their food was mostly just okay:/ I was just passing through the area this time, I hope a future visit will be better. My daughter recently went in only to be rudley propositioned by one of the staff. Very disappointing that Tropical employes staff with so little cooth.

I like tropical smoothie but I think the tipping is ridiculous. They don’t tip at McDonalds. Why don’t you restaurant owners just pay a decent wage. I resent being asked for a tip when there are waiters and waitresses out there that actually provide a service at a table to earn a tip. The drive through machine is a joke and truly the most awkward paying contraption in the world. It’s unwieldy and only given to the customer so they will choose a tip. I come 3x a week after the gym and love when the drive through person just takes my card and we’re done. I feel like them handing me this unwieldily machine is to beg for my money besides causing me stress trying to access this awkward machine from my car window.

I love this place because of its efficient drive through. I always get a buffalo chicken wrap with sub chips when i come. Most of the crew remembers my order. Thank you to the new General manager Renee. Great job Great food.

They add tips in drive through and will just take your card and not tell you. Watch out when you go through drive through, they had pretty basic not caring attitudes, but then will add tip themselves in the drive through. Pretty obnoxious trick when they won't speak to you and just grab your card then give it back. Shady.

This has become my new obsession. The food is healthy, not to terribly expensive and I sure feel good eating it. I’m working on trying everything on the menu. I’ve been to several locations, the employees are all happy, polite and friendly.

Always rude. always closing early and refusing orders in the drive through at 8 when they close at 9

I went in line to order food and had to wait for 5 minutes whilst multiple employees were looking at me, attending to something else, and when finally my order was taken, the manager did so in a condescending tone in addition to abruptly leaving to attend to something else. Upon receiving a sloppily made smoothie, 3 quarters full with the lid half off, I came to a realization: I have rarely seen employees I recognize from previous visits. This, of course, is to no one’s surprise based on the tone at which the manager talks to the teenage workers—all of which I assume are being underpaid. I sincerely hope this review is seen by the upper level management as a wake up call to treat your workers with respect. And while I do enjoy the food—the only thing keeping this rating above one star—I will not be coming back unless some systematic changes take place.

Ordered 2 smoothies a kid size and a regular I literally waited 25min for 2 smoothies there was no line inside or outside. Smoothies tasted terrible not how they usually are made in the Fruitville location.

Very wonderful location. Alexandria is amazing, she's so nice. She did not rush me when I was making my order or get inpatient with me for making accommodations in my meal. She was so pleasant, great at her job!
