I like tropical smoothie but I think the tipping is ridiculous. They don’t tip at McDonalds. Why don’t you restaurant owners just pay a decent wage. I resent being asked for a tip when there are waiters and waitresses out there that actually provide a service at a table to earn a tip. The drive through machine is a joke and truly the most awkward paying contraption in the world. It’s unwieldy and only given to the customer so they will choose a tip. I come 3x a week...
I love this place because of its efficient drive through. I always get a buffalo chicken wrap with sub chips when i come. Most of the crew remembers my order. Thank you to the new General manager Renee. Great job Great food.
