I just went on my lunch break to get a Thai chicken wrap, it said it on my receipt and when I got back to eat it, it was the complete wrong wrap. I’m not usually picky but it was so spicy I couldn’t even eat it. I tried to call them and their phones ring busy. First and last time I’ll be going there. I was the only person in the building so it’s not even like it was busy.

Paradise point is my favorite smoothie. it’s the flavor my brother Jordan liked during his battle with cancer. I’m so glad Felix was there to make a bitter memory a bit more sweet. The atmosphere was clean, warm & inviting. I am so thankful for smoothies!

Nothing but bad experiences here. Took a long break for about a year from even bothering with this place, I don’t know what made me go back today, but I wish I hadn’t. Smoothie is a brick of ice has no flavor was flowing all over the container and napkins only behind the counter. For $9 I expect at least decent quality.

The food is great but the way she treats her staff is beyond wrong. And the staff is scared to speak up and say how they are being treated.

Ordered 4 smoothies- 3 had no flavor at all and the 4th had only an overpowering chalky taste (only add in was the energizer- same as the other 3?). Almost $40 in the trash plus we tipped them. Thought it would be a nice treat on a hot afternoon, nope, just a waste of money.

Place felt off is the only way I can describe it. Presence of management is severely lacking. Management I did witness is obviously poorly trained. Employees are lacking in training as well it seems. I'm guessing this isn't a corporate store and instead a franchisee who doesn't seem to care about it. Management belittling Employees is never a good look. I'd recommend staying away from this place.
