$7 Taco Tuesday was good for the price. They serve 3 tacos hard or soft no sides. Complementary coyps and salsa.

I am from NM, and like spicy food, so naturally asked for spicy fixings. The food I understand is prepared for local palate, and not on the spicy side. I understand possible the food suits the local, and visitors requirements. The food and service is good, so no problem. I just would have liked a bit more spicy. Certainly I do not have a problem with any portion of the food, the service, and waiter. Parking is a problem; but it is located on Main St, with limited spaces, therefore parking may not be close to the restaurant.

service was very very slow, mistakes were made on the order and water was given very late after appetizers and in the middle of dinner although requested several times. there were several servers standing around but no one pitched in to help our server who couldn't handle all his tables.just surprised to see how many servers standing around looking and not assisting. I was disappointed when I asked the server to recognize my sister's birthday and what could be done and the server said "okay okay I got it", thought he was going to recognize her birthday but nothing happened, he should have said they dont do that there, I waited with anticipation- the food was good, I think the margarita was just "okay" I'll have to try another kind. maybe it was just a random bad experience, my sister wants to go again, I will review the next one so let's see.

Service Absolutely Sucked! Steak was slapped on the grill without even a grain of salt and the manager... James... didn't even have it in him to look at us as he walked Right but my party of 6 that had to come to the kitchen to get checked out! And it wasn't even busy???!!! Like I said... " it really sucked"

The atmosphere was great! Live band and friendly staff! Had the brisket tacos and they were delicious. The amount of food wasn't totally worth the price though. Skimpy portions.

The food is terrible and the atmosphere is no bueno. For some reason they decided it was a good idea to have monitors with flashing adds in the dining room and the bar.

Really flavorful food. We ordered steak fajitas and fajita quesadillas. The charro beans are some of the best I've had. Somewhat dated interior, but the food is worth a visit.

This restaurant was nasty. First of all the kitchen was dirty and disgusting, the refried beans were not good and they looked Dog P**** My cousins said that the food was nasty and my waiter had a attitude. Over all this was an unpleasant experience for me and my family that came all the way from New York and had a Nasty and Disgusting dinner definitely will not be coming back ever again.

Food is amazing! Family friendly! Service was quick & very professional. We were seated right away and our food didn't take long at all. Everything was fresh and very delicious. Michael was great! Attentive, funny, and nice! We will definitely be back.

Service is always friendly, yet marginal in speed. The food is nothing to write home about and the facility is worn like several other downtown favorites. I feel there is a real opening in Sarasota for a great Mexican restaurant.

Not great. The staff was super friendly but seemed very forgetful. Had to repeat our drink order to the bartender 3 times. The Margaritas were very sweet and syrupy. The guacamole was way under seasoned. Food wasn't much better. It wasn't that it tasted awful but you could tell the ingredients were subpar and not fresh.

It was good. Tasty. Not the most authentic Mexican food we had, but good. Our waiter Michael was professional, friendly and very attentive. Could do without the American cheese and use authentic Mexican cheese in the dishes. Oh and one of us had a burger! That was one delicious burger! Very surprising since this is a Mexican restaurant. Decor was on point. Margaritas...kinda weak. All in all good restaurant.

I really wanted to give it a 5 star because service was great and they have veggie options available! The Blue margarita tasted good at first, but then I noticed it was pretty watered down. Food tasted OK, enjoyable but not very authentic. I ordered a chalupa and got a tostada... plus there was just waaaay too much Gringo cheese in everything. It pissed me off that they charged me for the salsa verde, like hellooo if you don't bring salsa with the food, don't pretend to be Mexican. Music and ambiance was good and is very pet friendly =)

I stopped by for a margarita. I can't say anything about their food because I haven't tried any but my strawberry margarita was AMAZING! And I love the seating outside, cozy and inviting. This place is a very nice addition to downtown. Love passing this place for how pretty it is

The people who work here are super nice but it's not enough to return. The food is not good. The chips tasted a little stale. I had the lunch special one beef enchilada and one beef taco. The meat was bland. It was just ground beef, no onions, garlic or spices. The rice was bland and the refried beans are from a can. I hope they improve their menu and add fresh food because the atmosphere is quaint.
