They have so many different things to choose from that I could use your several times a week and never get bored
Veg is permanently closed. The owner closed shop about a month ago. She had been in the restaurant business for 20 years and decided it was time to do something else. We were sorry to see Veg go.
Wow - amazing food and so many options! I can’t wait to go back and try more. We got the portobello volcano and the jackfruit bowl. The portobello was good and had a cool appearance but the jackfruit was really amazing. The flavor and the combination of everything in the bowl was great. My mom got a shrimp Thai peanut wrap which was enormous and came with a side. Her boyfriend got a salmon burger which was great as well and came with really big, thick and delicious fries. The portions were really good for the prices! We saw the house salad come out which was enormous and only about $13. The side of zucchini tomato basil soup was also amazing. Flavor was so good! I will definitely be back to try more of the options. Dessert sounded great also but we did try since we were so full - next time!

Quaint small restaurant with a simple and very heart healthy menu. After finding out I needed to change my too rich diet we found delicious options to pleasure my palate. Do try this hidden gem. Very limited seating so do make an appointment
Excellent dinner! Everything was fresh, delicious, well balanced -- and bonus, healthy! This was our first time there, and it's going into our regular rotation. We had the Thai Peanut Tofu Wrap, Ginger Garlic Noodle Stir-Fry, and Vegan Ramen Noodle Bowl. A surprise was how great the fries were with the wrap - not something you'd necessarily expect from a place like this. Even the raw vegan tiramisu was excellent - and that was a first for all of us. Really a gem.
Left feeling satisfied
Excellent variety and fresh ingredients. Great service and reasonable prices for vegan restaurant. Delicious food.
Great little hidden restaurant I was looking for something to impress out of town guest, and this place achieved just that. The staff is great and very accommodating.
Vegetarian options: Everything in this place is no killing animals
Parking: Parking in front of the restaurant
If the smell of fish or seafood bothers you, this probably isn't for you. I've eaten here a few times over the years. I've had wraps, the Portobello stack and salad. It would never be my pick for a place to go to, but I am open to it if someone else I am with wants to go here. I've always found the staff unfriendly and the food just okay. I hate the fish/seafood smell if they are making that.

I love the veggies …the different combinations…
This little place is awesome! I’m not even full blown vegan and the food is delicious! Mindy and the staff have never disappointed me!
I got their vegan buffalo cauliflower bites and caesar salad and they were both so good. Whatever dressing they put on the caesar is incredible it tastes just like the regular kind.
OK this is one of the very best restaurants in Sarasota in my opinion. Delicious portobello goat cheese burger and the fudge dessert bites are out of this world! I've been a few times and all the food is outstanding. The owner is so very kind, she loves what she does, you can tell. Highly highly recommend!!!
We had the Portobello tacos and the Portobello Volcano. Both tasted great. The tacos could have had more mushrooms to be more filling. Glad we found this place on Google. We will be going back. Try the desserts too. Our was good!
