One of the most delicious and comforting meals I’ve ever had. Everything was made fresh, including the pasta, and the attention to detail, love and care put into the food showed through every bite. The owner was so accommodating even though we called for a last minute reservation and was so welcoming from the second we walked into the door. You can tell this is his life’s passion and he truly wants to share the food from his region of Italy with everyone who walks through the doors. It was a fantastic meal and experience, and we will be back. Without question, the best Italian spot in the area.

We go out to eat infrequently because, frankly, most of the time I can make a meal as good or better than a lot of the places in the area. This restaurant wasn’t one of them. A small 30 seat place that serves some awesomely delicious Italian dishes. An unhurried meal cooked to order, and a nice selection of very reasonably priced wines. It’s one of those places where you want to high five the chef after your meal. And it gets better! The atmosphere is a lot like you’d find in Italy. A celebration of food at dinner time.

Vino Vino is an authentic Italian restaurant and Chiro, the chef makes delicious homemade cuisine. Tyler is one of the servers and always makes the experience great, adding to Chiro’s hospatility. There were six of us there on Good Friday and everyone’s plate was wiped clean! God blessChiro and Tyler for your graciousness, Happy Resurrection Day!

This is absolutely the best restaurant with the best food and the best service of any restaurant I’ve ever been anywhere. The owner comes out of personally talks to you and makes you feel like you’re dining in his own home. Don’t think I’ve ever had a dinner of this quality anywhere in the world

To be totally transparent, my husband and I are African American so not all places are welcoming so we immediately thought about leaving when we walked in to this small restaurant and seen no diversity however Ciro(the owner also server) greeted us and gave us a brief tour and introduction. He and the other server (Tyler)were very nice throughout our dining experience. We were VERY impressed with the food and serve! This is a hidden gem and now one of our favorite dinning places ❤️ ?

First time here. Food was excellent. Atmosphere was perfect, I felt very comfortable. The entertainment was unexpected but fun. If I come to this area this would be a place to come for a family environment as they made us feel like family. Definitely a place to eat.

If you love great homemade pasta and want a quick trip to Italy this is your chance to go! Excellent food, friendly attentive service. We had started with the artichoke appetizer, this wasn't my favorite. The homemade focaccia bread was super. We enjoyed the eggplant/sausage rigatoni pasta and mushroom pasta. Both were delish. Finished with a tiramisu dessert Bon appetite!
Visiting the area and our group wanted to try something only the locals can get. This gem of an owner/chef is worth making the trip back to Sarasota! Every detail is important to him and makes dining here an entire experience. If you are in the area please treat yourself to this destination!

This is some of the best Italian cuisine I have ever had! The focaccia bread was outstanding. The pasta is handmade. The servers are personable, and the atmosphere is excellent. This will not be a cheap meal, but it will be a memorable meal! I highly suggest that you check it out for yourself.

I am Italian, born and raised, and there isn’t another place in Sarasota where I can find the quality, simplicity, and freshness of the real Italian food with that kind of love and passion in the making.
