Waffle Houses will never be know for great ambiance, but they can provide a filling breakfast quickly and pleasantly. The food was very good and arrived promptly. The cheesy steak and eggs with toast and hash browns was a hit as was a Grand Slam.

The WF on Clark Rd is exceptionally superior to others in all regards. Must be good management. (Cortez is really yummy too, with a really yummy waiter—but you won't let me inside the door.) Florida has awful waffle down pat!

Never really had poor service at a Waffle House. The server I had was an awkward young kid and might have been a trainee or something. Usually things run at a good clip when you visit a Waffle House, but not the last time I visited. Grits were delicious as always and their crispy waffle is a beautiful thing at breakfast time. A couple of the girls were counting up their tips and paid little attention to the customers while I was eating my breakfast. Waffle House as a whole has tons of great locations - this one is not a favorite.
Joy was an amazing server! The food and service was excellent. I am never disappointed when i come here!

If you step foot in a Waffle House, you know what to expect, and you can’t leave a bad review upon what your perceived expectations are. However, this location was better than expected. The food was exactly as advertised, and our server Kathleen was a hoot to have. I look forward to making this our late night spot when we are in the area again.
