I've gone to this Walmart plenty of times without trouble. However, yesterday I had gotten some Blood Oranges and was suprised to find them to be extremely bitter. I looked up on the internet to see if this was normal, and it definitely isn't. I'm just disappointed I payed this much for some subpar produce. *note: not all of them were so bitter, but enough to make me wonder.

Awful experience on 1/30/2020 I was in yesterday and the store was very busy with few associates to be found on the floor. At the check out I was met by a cashier named Reenie who was very rude. She kind of rolled her eyes and told me I could come over to her lane which was empty. I asked her where I could find an item and she apathetically said she had no idea, "somewhere in Housewares" and she pointed in the general direction of about 15 isles and could not give me better direction. I told her I understood if she was unwilling to help but could she call a manager or someone who could help. She just said no with a sour face. I went to the customer service desk and they gave me specific directions with Isle id so I could easily find what I needed. Dear Wallmart, if your staff chooses to treat me so rudely, as to tell me they are unable to call anyone to the cashier such as a manager or customer service, I have many options including Amazon who delivers to my door, Target, Publix and more. In the future I will choose those other options. This was really sad. Reenie told me I could stand in her lane all day and she would not call someone to help as "she couldn't" I had already spend an hour combing the store for the items I had in my cart. Its just not worth the aggravation for the pennies of savings.

I am new to the area but I'm lucky because the store is 2 blocks away. The store is always clean and the staff helpful. The produce is ALWAYS fresh and theres always a good variety to choose from. I wish All Walmarts were as well managed as this one!!
