Ordered through Uber, the driver asked for Honey Mustard for us. They gave him a dirty look and said no. Food was cold and didn't taste good at all. The fries were barely filled up. They were super cold. Honestly for 40 bucks? I'd expect more from a restaurant

Nuggets were dry, fries had a funky taste, only put one patty on my bacon double stack. Usually takes a fat minute to get your food too. Wouldn’t recommend this place. There are better Wendy’s in the area

I love Wendy's but this one surprised me. I don't mind pink meat, it's the fact I was missing a bottom bun that really got my brows to raise. Is a funny story to tell though.

not actually open until 2:00 am. If you go past 1-1:30 they’ll just ignore you and eventually tell you they’re allowed to close 30 minutes early. Just put 1:30 on ur hours

The customer service here is horrible. The drive thru worker rolled her eyes when I asked for napkins and straws that she forgot to put in the bag! The fries were cold and our drinks were watered down. I'll never return to this location

They asked me for my ID for a refund. Lmao!!! They ended up giving me my refund anyway without me giving my ID😂😂. Reporting this to corporate as soon as they open. Manager also refused to identify herself. Thats ok, I know exactly what time this happened. “Manager” complaining about how it counts against her everytime she does a refund. So?!! Thats YOUR PROBLEM. Deal with it. Ive never been asked for my ID for a refund. Unbelievable. And the drive thru girl is absent minded. Find another job. The nerve to ask for MY ID and not even provide your name 😂😂😂😂

I was over charged by almost double. I thought something was wrong, the cashier wasnt the best and she wouldn't give me a receipt. I will spread the word and file a claim. I hope they fire that employee unless they know about it as a company
This is without a doubt, the worst Wendy’s I have ever dealt with. We own a company nearby, and occasionally on late nights we will try a burger from here. The quality is poor to say the least. Everything is on the old side, and they never get the order right. Not surprising given where they are located. Every time I say I should’ve known better, please read this review and don’t give it a try.
