The worst experience ever the food was cold the workers had an attitude never going back there again. Today is 1/20/2025. Horrible experience burger was super cold order taker had a bad attitude do no spend your money here you will regret it.

What a woeful Wendy’s. The speed of service should be measured with a calendar. The staff is fine, just not enough of them. This is a chronically understaffed store in an area of low employment. The franchise owner must not care about actually serving their customers, or never visits.

Ordered jr fry and crispy chicken sandwich, fries were ice cold and manger on duty claimed I ate half the cold burger when in reality I took one cold bite. He was very condescending told me the customer is always right except for me and I was wrong while all the other employees were in back laughing. Service here was very unexceptable and, they all need to be retrained in cust service or fired, never have I had such rude service in my life. Was going to get a new order but after staff was laughing “I opted for a refund because I don’t want spit in my food , cold food should never be served . This location with this crew 1/1/25 deserves NO STARS

Slow service, nobody knows what they are doing. Almost nobody speaks English, Playing really vulgar rap music loudly. All around bad service. And one of the workers 4 or 5 year old CHILD running around the store unsupervised!!??!!?? Just what are they doing??? This is sad!
2 doors locked on a Saturday night, knock on windows employee looks at me doesn’t acknowledge I am trying to get in, walk around find a door open, come in still no hello we’ll be right with you, standing at register manager walks by doesnt say hi or anything. Very poor customer service. Standing here long enough to write this review still not acknowledged…

Counter order taker was incompetent. He had no idea what the menu was or how meals worked. Showed no evidence of any training. Good attitude and friendly but clueless. I felt sorry for him. The coffee bordered on undrinkable, after I waited 10 minutes from them to brew it.

Worth the stop, The lady in the drive through is great she called us baby and made sure every detail about our order was right. I don’t know her name but an employee called her mama. There is a bit of a wait but patience is a virtue.

I waited at the speaker for about three minutes and was never asked to hold like I usually am at other Wendy’s locations, so I decided to pull up to the window. When I did, a lady started yelling at me. When I asked for her name, she claimed to be ‘Wendy.’ She eventually told me her name was Lydia, though I’m not sure if that was true. Either way, I won’t be returning to that Wendy’s. In my life I’ve never seen a person more entitled to being above a customer.
