Me and my hb pulled up on our bikes and when we got their they said their system is down but than proceeded to take out a curbside order. I believe this is because the system was indeed not down and they couldn’t stop the curbside guy from ordering. I’m saying this because I also work fast food and if the system goes down we can only take cash and no online orders come through, we do not just stop serving everyone.

I've been to two different Wendy's in later week or so and both times it was awful we spent at least 20 minutes trying to order our food because the guy didn't really speak very good English and he could not see what we were saying nor could we anything like he was saying but what he was repeating back was not our order and that happened at both places the second not as bad as the first one we went to. it's good to have people willing to work, but you try to put something different on the drive-thru window. It was so very frustrating. It's hard to get people to work right now, but they gotta figure something out. I will definitely try to go again hopefully gets better

I don't normally 5 Star a fast food restaurant but this Wendy's hit the mark. First item, the place was clean, I mean clean, like brand new. Bravo! The food was served hot and fast, as it should be. This Wendy's sets the standards for others to follow. Hats off to the manager and crew! I'll see you guys again.

I found the service a little poor, food average. Very ill-willed staff.
Clean place with great employees. The food has really gone downhill at all the Wendy's and I think it's time to stop going for that reason.

I'm currently sitting at the window and haven't even been greeted on the speaker or at the window. They continue to work knowing I'm sitting here and they see me which makes it worst. I have already ordered my food on the app and noone will give me my food. Been 27 minutes. This is sad as hell. Worst location for breakfast because noone is paying attention or even caring.
