How this Wendy’s is still even operating is beyond me. I asked for 3 frosty’s and when I tried to order the first frosty, the lady asked me to pull up to the window. When I pulled up to the window, she asked me “What’s your order?” I was able to order all my frosties and she told me to pull up to the “window”. There was no other window. There was just a door where another employee was, handing out food. I fully understand stuff happens and you have to make up a system that works but this ain’t it. The handful of times i’ve been to this Wendy’s I can’t say i’ve had a good experience unfortunately. Avoid this place.

Only drive-thru was available and the employee did not speak english. On top of that she was incredibly rude and stopped us ordering mid way to tell us to just “go to the window” despite not being finished. once we got our order the wrap was completely stale, hard as rock, and the fries were cold and unsalted. avoid this place like the plague. i can’t even get a refund because no one speaks english there.

This particular location is one of the worst. Food is ALWAYS old and dry. I don’t go here often for this reason, they’re even worse than the university location. But thought I’d give it another shot because it’s been a while.They had me pull up and wait with nobody behind me, just to serve me crappy food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. Disgusting and waste of money as usual. Save the disappointment people, go ANYWHERE else

Food was adequate. Took too long to prepare. Sandwich was very dry. Lettuce kept falling off because they used shredded lettuce not leaf. The tomato looked old. I ask for extra pickles and they put 8 pickles slices which seemed a bit extreme. The bathroom had no place to hang my purse so I had to hanf it around my neck so it wouldn't have to be on the dirty floor. The stall door didn't close properly so I had to lift it up to get the slide lock to secure the stall door.
