To be fair, this location is severely understaffed and located in a high traffic area.
I am not at all disagreeing, nor overlooking the negative reviews, as at the end of the day hard working Customers are paying for service.

For a quick bite, and a fair price Wendy's breakfast charm hit the spot - especially to dine-in. Total cost was $7.37 for 6pc french toast & potatoes + a small black coffee. Only the manager was able to serve me (the register didn't open till 9am). But I did not reveive any cream or sugar, which if it was available, it wasn't offered... And only 1 syrup. I did ask for an additional syrup, however. Sadly, there is no heating in this Wendy's - Best to order drive-thru (and bring your coupons!)
Parking: Many spots for handicap parking is close to the entrance.
Wheelchair accessibility: It looks tough to finagle a wheelchair through the front-entrance due to the sharp left-hand turn (and, I think) the door pushes outward. Best to use the 'drive-thru' door (SW entrance) to get a wheel-chair through.

Accidentally came into Wendy’s when it was closed and the manager was great! Love this place
They had a loud strange music channel on. I asked them to change it and they said that they can't possibly change it. The manager guy said all Wendy's have the same music and I said that other Wendy's have rock music and they didn't know what to say. New taco chili not very good.

I used the app to order, then left about 25 minutes later to drive there. Had to wait in drive thru for at least 10 minutes (was probably longer) as the food wasn't prepared. This was at 6:00pm. The one good thing was I had my dog with me and the cashier (didn't get his name, heavy set gentleman) gave me a small cup of nuggets to give to her while I waited, which was much appreciated. They just need to be more diligent in having food ready especially at peak times.

Staff here are absolutely rude and lazy. 8:30 and employee didn’t want people in the lobby and said they needed to close the lobby and if I wanted to food I need to go through the drive thru. Will never come back
