Never got my food, stood at the counter for at least 15 minutes and nobody would take my order. Manager was too busy with his clipboard in his hand.

Their employees have no respect for the customers, they take longer than announced, they always take their time to prepare the order, they talk among the employees while the customers wait more than required, they should improve their service, because it is Literally degrading and very bad!!!
I walked in to a full line of customers, there were two men at each register presumably already being taken care of because the worker behind the counter was getting a bag of food and drink ready. Well, then the worker took the drink and back of food and walked out the door... then a woman came to the counter and yelled back to the other workers that she better get out of here because there's a line going... She went to the door to leave, but luckily for us customers she turned around and to my surprise both men in front of me were not serviced yet... my food was ready when it was my turn she handed it to me and I left. I got home and realized the ranch had been cut with water. It was so extremely watery nothing like the iconic wing stop ranch we all know and love.. This was my first time at this location and definitely my last. 🤢

I should have read the reviews when I picked up my order. Like a lot of people are saying, make sure your CHECK YOUR BAG when you pick up your order. Ordered online for pick up and got back to my hotel around 11:30 and when my wife opened the bag, we definitely were given someone else’s order. We got the fries, the 2 sauces, but our main order of 15 bone-ins turns out to be 3 tenders. Tried calling right away but they don’t bother answering their phones. What a rip off!

THE WORST!!!! The manager treats staff like garbage, the food was greasy, unseasoned and not correctly served! We were missing the fries and only served attitude! Robert the manager needs to fired and they should make the young lady at the register the manager. Her customer service was impeccable. Robert you need training on how to be a human being!

Visited on Sunday, June 22nd. The food was average—nothing special, but edible. The real issue was the service. The staff acted like they were annoyed I even placed an order. No greeting, no smiles, just bad attitudes all around. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there.
If you’re going to work in customer service, acting like you hate your job doesn’t make the experience any better for customers. I won’t be rushing back.

Everytime i order they always are out of something in my order
Do not order online or delivery if it’s this location. No one answers the phone. Had a $80 order never show up and can’t even get a refund. Never again!

My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔
Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!
