Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

We didn't get our order correct. Missing 15 classic wings. Tried calling 34 times to get refund but they never answered. Had to go all the way back and they said I had to wait 3 to 4 days to get refund.

Went in to order, and waited for ten minutes. Half of the crew were standing around in the kitchen chatting and nobody came up to take mine or the other customers orders after asking all of us if we needed to order still. Ended up leaving.
Let's start with the food... the biggest draw for Wingstop must have definitely been the viral "Wingstop girl" because the food ain't it. There was nothing wrong, per se, but it just didn't taste like anything. The honey garlic wings were so bland, they tasted like fried wings without any seasoning. The Hawaiian were smothered in sauce but also barely had a taste and their version of buffalo wings were not hot or spicy at all. It seemed like the buffalo sauce was stretched with water, that's how runny the sauce was.
The service was horrible. Plain and simple. I was tempted to give it 2 stars, because the girl at least seemed to try, but she was clearly either lacking training or motivation. Don't know which is worse. She seemed annoyed and made us (the customers) feel like we were bothering her with our order. Like I said, there were moments of 2 star service but when we opened our order of 30 boneless wings and found 30 bone-in wings, it became all too clear she didn't really want to be there. The sad part is, she was actually the better of the two employees. The young dude with the Edgar cut didn't even make an attempt to acknowledge us. I tried to make eye contact and greeted him when we entered the facility but he could not even be bothered to look up and say hello. He flat out ignored that we were there and kept starring at the phone. Only when the girl came from the back to take our order he got up and went to the back, assuming he was the cook. For a kid that was probably a couple years shy of graduating high-school this was flat out rude and disrespectful.
The shop itself was a dumpster fire. It was so nasty in there that I was afraid to touch the card reader. It was covered in grease. The floor was so sticky that you could hear every single step, not only behind the counter but also in the front. This place is one inspection away from being shut down. Disgusting.
Now why did we order food instead of just leaving? Back to my first point with the viral video. We wanted to see what the fuzz was about. But let me tell you... never again.

Wingstop has good wings but iām tired of getting fries from them that look chopped up or like they are from the bottom of the bag. I NEVER get good cut fries, I always get fries that look like someone with a knife chopped them all up and never fresh. Wingstop, fix this!

Apparently hot honey isnāt a dry rub here. Iām glad I checked my food because my wings were swimming in a āhoney sauceā. How? When itās always been a dry rub and it is being advertised as a dry rub on the signs in the building. This food is to pricey to be just messing it up and creating new recipes.
