Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr.
Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior.
This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

Thursday afternoon had a great meal with my niece here at the wing stop location. The lady that took our order was amazing !! The food was hot and just cooked after we ordered. Kylie or Kaylee ( can’t remember which) was so helpful, so kind and honestly I will come back because of her anytime I’m in the area!

I’m an Uber driver, and by the time I got here to pick up my order less than three minutes after it came through they had the doors locked refused to even acknowledge that I was there, and the food was sitting on the counter. I could see it from the door. Do better.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent Wingstop pickup order. I’ve always enjoyed Wingstop, but this visit was very disappointing. When I arrived, my order wasn’t there, and the staff questioned if I had the right location or if it was delivery.. even though my app clearly showed carryout at that clark rd location. They said DoorDash may have “swiped it” and asked me to wait 15 minutes for a remake
However, after driving 20 minutes home, I opened the sealed bag and found multiple issues:
I ordered 1 large ranch but only received 4 small cups. I’ve always been told 5 small cups equal a large, and that’s what I’ve received at other locations in multiple states.
My Korean Q classic wings were poorly tossed in sauce, it was as if the sauce was only squirted on top.. and only 7 of the 10 were included.
The 5 lemon pepper classic wings were missing entirely, replaced with plain wings.
My 5 garlic parmesan classic wings included 2 boneless instead of all classic wings.
I’ve been a loyal Wingstop customer and this was the first time I’ve had such a poor experience. I love Wingstop, but this visit was extremely upsetting and frustrating.
My visit was Sunday August 17th. I immediately filled out feedback for someone to contact and no one did

whoever works night shifts need to get fired these workers are so lazy bro i ordered 2 hours before they closed. they always “forget” to give me ALL the items that i ordered because theyre too lazy to make it. dont order bone in wings or fries after 8pm you wont get it
