Food that was to be ready on 30 min - was not ready even after 3 hours- so misleading information while ordering food
And than the staff was rude and disrespectful

Ordered wings for the first time for. Pick up. We were shorted 10 wings and had to go back fir them. They did give us an extra fries for the inconvenience of coming back. The garlic Parmesan was bland.

The fries arrived cold. The wings were unusually small compared to our previous experience here and with other wing restaurants. The sauce did not have any flavor even though we chose hot. We didn’t have any napkins. This was our second Wingstop try. Not impressed. We will stick to our usual wing joint.

My children love the garlic parmesan wings. Our server Fran was very hospitable and kind. Definitely recommend the wingstop on Sawyer rd in Sarasota.

This was my first time at Wingstop , My wife talked me into it and I figured it’d be whatever. Then I took a bite and it was game over. The tenders were crazy good, the corn was unreal, and now I’m mad I waited this long. Came in skeptical, left completely flipped out.
There are a lot of Karen’s on here complaining about service, time wasted, answering of the phones, etc. My experience here began terribly (but that was Door Dash’s fault, not the restaurant). When I called I was explained to the restaurant what happened with missing food in the order. Not only did they remake the food that was missing, they remade the entire order. Aside for that the food was on point and wings were nice and saucy!!! Don’t listen to the the one star reviews, they are just old and cranky 😂

Employees are marking orders on the board READY and then even clearing them totally of the board before they are even truly ready. When I arrived, the digital board said my order was ready. I waited 15 minutes before an employee even acknowledged me then they cleared my order off the board and then I sat there for another 15 minutes waiting while I watch while they made the french fries for my order, that was supposedly 30 minutes ago already on the board so owners of this location either train your employees properly or just don’t use the board at all
