My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔

Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!
Dayana and Meloushima are two very organized and efficient girls. THE BEST service I have ever had at any of your establishments !!! They were doing what it usually takes 6 of your employees to do!!!!!

I usually love wingstop but the food at this location is pretty horrible. The chicken smells weird and the lemon pepper was not seasoned how it is at other locations. The fries were also very soggy, no crunch whatsoever. This is my second time eating at this location and the last time wasn’t very good either. Could not finish my meal due to the taste. The employees were nice just the recipe they use here is completely off.

I ordered 2 combos through the app, one of them did not arrive, the app gave me the refund and I placed the order again, but I was horribly surprised when when I opened and waited for my boneless, some ridiculous pieces arrived, it seemed like 1 They had only broken it into 4 pieces to send them to me, they were cold and greasy, I couldn't even eat them, the potatoes were normal, the best thing about the whole order was the paper bag they sent that went straight into the trash along with the food Terrible what they sent, my experience was a disaster, they should do something because it seems that the worst ratings are more than the good ones

The amount of 1-star reviews is insane. Entitled customers lining up at a new Wingstop location thinking the place opened just for them. Wouldn't expect anything else in Sarasota. You know who you are :) This place is excellent, the workers are great and the food tase very good. The ranch is what makes this place.

Went here tonight after not having WingStop for 2 years, and Tequila and Chelsea made the best lemon pepper wings I ever had. I had to call them and let them know! Even though it was only them 2 in the kitchen, taking walkins and phone orders, they delivered on the flavor I was looking for. I appreciate yall ladies. .
