Brennan (not sure of name.... tall with glasses at bar) was especially rude. I was served a bill over $25 in error and he was bickering with me over 50 cents while sarcastically calling me boss.... what a guy! We three spent over $230 for two rounds of beer and two shots with one appetizer. The games may be on, the sound will be not, and a shot will be close to $10. Many other sports bars are much more worth it. They're too busy here to care about any individual customer is my theory.

Delicious. We ordered a bunch of apps for a group of four. Food came out great! Highly recommend the beef queso dip, lettuce wraps and truffle fries.

First of all let me start by saying how fond of Yard House we were before today. In my past career I had all of our team dinners at the Vegas location for seven years in a row after conferences. We also loved UTC location with our kids and grandkids since we moved here five years ago. Today was very different. My husband and I walked in to watch football at the bar and have some drinks and lunch. There was a space at the bar that could’ve fit three stools easily. The customers next to us said another couple took them to the other side to watch a different game. We asked the bartender if we could take a couple of seats from the high tops. Mind you there were 16 empty seats at the high tops. He said sure but when we went to take them the waitress said we couldn’t move them while the customers said they didn’t mind. The bar back said something to the manager and then the bar back brought over one stool. The manager walked around the bar at least a half a dozen times and watched my 70 year old husband stand and eat. No eye contact, no stool, and no apology. When we were leaving I asked the bartender ‘does your manager always allow your customers to stand and eat while there are 16 stools available?’ The worst customer service we have ever had. So disappointing.

When we were seated the booth was a little tight for 7 of us, but as busy as they were Richard moved us to a bigger table. The service we received here from Richard and Nathan was exceptional and they were extremely busy. The food was very good as well, with huge portions. Had a great meal!
