I wanted to give five stars because the service and employees are great . but the espresso machine is broken or something. The coffee is fine but the steamer is so loud it's almost impossible to be there. The employees should be wearing ear protection. I work construction and know the issues this kind of decibel can cause over time. The owner needs to replace this equipment. it's not this loud at any other location.
Both Dunkin members on shift this afternoon I believe around 3 were so wonderful and extra helpful with the customer in front of me as well as double, triple checking to make sure I had everything I needed and was set with a box of coffee and additions. Thank you to you both for your hard work and dedication! ☺️

I don't visit DD that often so was a bit shocked to see how much the prices have risen. People who work here are nice and helpful, but donuts are getting more expensive and past the 'fun' point.
