Love it there, great atmosphere and food!
A very nice place to have breakfast
This restaurant has plenty of parking right around it, making it easy to pull in even when traffic is around. We stopped by on a weekday morning and the place was not very busy at all. There was no line or wait for a table, which was nice for a relaxed start to the day. Inside, there are windows on three sides that let in lots of natural light,. This makes the single seating area feel bright, and open. Most tables are set up for four people, and everything looked clean and well-kept. Our waitress Mary was outstanding. She was very friendly from the moment we sat down. She knew the menu inside out, answered questions quickly, and was genuinely helpful. She pointed out that the bread was freshly made in-house, which added a special touch and made the meal feel a bit more homemade. We ordered two breakfast meals—one with eggs, toast and sides and the total came to $28 including drinks. The food arrived fast, probably in under 10 minutes, and tasted good with generous portions, fresh ingredients, and solid flavors that hit the spot without being fancy. Nothing was greasy or overdone, and the coffee stayed hot. The atmosphere stayed calm the whole time we were there, no rush from staff or other customers. It's a straightforward place with good food and no frills. Overall, a very nice place to stop for breakfast—friendly service, good food, easy access, and no crowds. I would recommend it to fellow travelers or anyone nearby looking for a pleasant, reliable morning meal. Enjoy!

It is obvious the owner and family really care about the quality of their food and service, and especially their guests! We are locals and have been going to the Upside Down Cafe since it has opened and are always greeted with smiles, an open table and reasonably priced, well-made food. They have a great breakfast and lunch menu and their fish fry Fridays are AMAZING! The atmosphere is beachy, comfy, clean and quaint. We have never had a disappointing meal or service, in fact, it is always the opposite... a great dining experience!!!! Thank you so much for being the best breakfast/lunch on the beach!!!

Absolutely delightful experience for our Holiday Girls Breakfast. The Upside Down Cafe is a charming breakfast spot. The food was delicious, the atmosphere felt so cozy with local art displayed all over the walls and such a local feel. Our waitress, Miss Mary, was absolutely precious. She was friendly, attentive, and made our visit perfect. Highly recommend a visit here.

Never again! We’ve lived in the area for approximately 9 years (and we’re not snowbirds). After all this time, we finally decided to try “Upside Down Café” in Satellite Beach on S. Patrick dr. When we walked in, we were told to sit where ever we like. So, my wife and I took a secluded table in the back. Within a few minutes, the manager and/or owner (not sure her capacity) came to our table and asked to move. She said “they have church groups that come in.” So, we moved to the front of the restaurant (keep in mind, the restaurant was not busy at all). Within about 5 minutes some people walked in and took the table we had. Now I’m not one to judge a book by its cover, but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that these people didn’t just get out of church…especially at 9am in the morning. These people looked like they not only just woke up but just crawled out from under a bridge. And immediately this manager and/or owner started interacting with them as if they were best friends. As we sat through breakfast, we observed how people are treated completely different if they are regulars as opposed to people like us, who are not. First of all, don’t tell us that we can sit where ever we like, only to move us 5 minutes later, after we’re settled in...it’s extremely rude! However, with all this said…the food was mediocre at best. We’ll stick to our favorites, Sunny Side Café in Melbourne Beach or Grills on highway 1. Both these places have way better breakfast!

We went here for brunch. One afternoon and the food was fantastic.I got an omelet western style and it was really good. The problem was that we had limited time to eat and we were kind of rushed. But the server was nice and attentive, and I definitely recommend if you are not in a rush.

I frequent this restaurant. I love the warm homemade baked oatmeal served with peaches, pecans, blueberries, fresh strawberries, whip cream, and milk.
The Service is loving, kind, and considerate. The Chef is amazing. The Owner and Servers know most of the repeat customers by first name. Trust me, You will surely enjoy your dining experience.

They Don’t Have A Wide Menu So That Sucks But It’s The Closest Thing If You Want A Quick Bite Sometimes.
Theres A Couple Staff Members That Are Always Especially Pleasant But The Cafe Its Self Isn’t Anything Memorable.
