Prime Empanada & Catering is a restaurant known for its delicious, mostly gluten-free empanadas. The chicken & cheese and beans, cheese, and plantains empanadas are particularly praised. The sauces are also a highlight, with customers expressing a desire for them to be bottled and sold again. The restaurant offers authentic and fresh food at affordable prices, creating an inviting atmosphere that appeals to both locals and tourists. Many customers travel from far away for the quality, finding the empanadas to be moist, tasty, and made fresh when ordered. The crust is crispy with a great texture, and the variety of fillings ensures there is something for everyone. While the empanadas are a bit on the small side and priced at $3.95 each, they make a perfect snack, especially when paired with the delicious sauces. Jorge, the owner, is praised for his warmth and ability to make diners feel like family. Overall, Prime Empanada & Catering is celebrated for its flavorful empanadas and authentic flavors, making it a favorite spot worth visiting, even if it requires a drive.
