I Ask for a Stromboli with meatballs and sausage only, received all the meat bacon ,hamburger peperoni sausage with meatballs. Stephanie explains, I ordered wrong, been ordering for 2 years the same way. Not sure how else to order if all I wanted is meatballs and sausage. From the owners response, the issue is clear. Complaint was about server's response, not about communicating. Lack of training and accountability.

Whoa first off i waited quite a long time but moving right along in my order i got calamari when the server pulled the to go box it REEKED my car stunk it stunk my house up, like how could you even serve that!!!!!??? I called to request a refund and i was told i could get a credit on my phone # well guess what its a credit for calamari HELL TO THE NOOOOO. Your cooks need to step up there game on cleaning fish, i have tried to keep coming back but this was the last and final straw

I stopped in with my wife for a takeout order My wife ordered chicken parmesan sandwich and I got an eggplant parmesan sandwich The girl taking the orders wanted to know if I wanted fries or chips I did not expect a $0.25 bag of potato chips that you get from Publix the First rule of cooking is flavor which this meal had none of If you ask me what kind of sandwich I had I really couldn't tell you When you make a sandwich. You don't cut the bread across the top it's usually cut from end to end And you just don't stuff one side whatever you're having I had the French fries with mine but that's another story in itself I found the entire meal to be a waste of my money And this is not the first time I've gotten a bad meal from there You will not see me at aunt Louise's again. I can waste my money in better ways than this

We went today with our family and dear friends, oh my goodness it was absolutely incredible. The owner was so friendly and welcoming. The apps, main dishes (pasta and pizza) and desserts were top notch! We will be back. Thank you for an amazing meal!

I ordered the lasagna lunch and it was sooo tiny!!! When I saw the size I was extremely disappointed. Is 3 square noodles with some sauce and cheese under it. Not worth the price. Good flavor , tiny portion.

All the pizzas were wonderful. Salads were great as well. The service however, was horrible. We waited for drink refills for what felt like forever. My wife got chicken tenders and waited so long for the dipping sauce, everyone else was half done eating by the time we got there. When the bills came, it took way too long for the waitress to return for us to pay. The worst part is that there was only a handful of occupied tables in the whole place. It's sad about the waitress because this could have been a nearly perfect review. She either needs training, or be replaced.

Vegetarian options: Making sure that the seafood doesn't come in contact with other food
Not my favorite Italian restaurant in town. Their "gravy" (sauce) tastes like tomato sauce from a can. Service is ok if you get the blonde waitress, but the dark-haired one doesn't visit the table other than to take your order and bring you your food. You're left without any refills on drinks and begging for your check.
