Pretty good food. Service is good. Prices are decent. I got the Chimichanga, it was okay. Most places I go, it comes smothered in queso. It did not come that way here. It was still good, though.
Well, this is awkward. I've been eating here for years, and I feel like I owe it to these guys to give details on my last experience dining here. First, our hostess tried to seat us next to a table of 11 people that were really loud. Next to the bar. After telling the hostess we weren't going to sit there we were seated at a table on the other side of the bar. It was still obnoxious, and I'm not sure why she didn't want us sitting in one of the empty booths...
I recently visited one of my favorite restaurants, where I typically order the chicken dish. This time, however, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try something new—the Camarones la gusta. The meal consisted of succulent shrimp sautéed with garlic, mushrooms, and onions, served alongside a hearty portion of Mexican rice and refried beans.
