Being from New York (LI/Brooklyn), I’ve always had a soft spot for good old American-style Chinese takeout. Since moving, I’ve been chasing that familiar taste, and honestly, it’s hard to find outside of NY. I decided to give Bamboo Wok in Sebastian a try because it was close by and the reviews looked decent.

I was glad I did. The food was ready quickly, and everything I ordered was flavorful and satisfying. No, it’s not exactly like the takeout spots...
