We went for lunch there, got the Royal chicken sandwich combos and told them THREE times that we wanted no mayo. Literally three times.
When we got back on the road (with no time to go back), we saw they had put more mayo on the sandwiches than I had ever seen in my life.

It was disgusting.

We called the store to ask for a refund and they have ignored us.

We won’t be back!

You have some really awesome, customer friendly, employees, that keep a smile and integrity even when they're rushed and look like they need more people. They never faltered in taking care of the customers with a smile on their face. Very seldom do you see that at a fast food restaurant when they're busy. I tagged this store in a picture that I posted of two gals that were there the night I was there and a hamburger that should be part of Burger King's advertisement, it looked so delicious. But it looks like it never got to this website. To bad, they should be recognized.

Went to order milkshakes and they shut down the milkshake machine at 10 for cleaning but the app allows you to place the order so we ended up paying $10 for 2 shakes we didn’t get and the app would only give us a credit for the app. Management “has no connection” to the app so they were no help. Not worth ordering on the app if we can’t find out until later we don’t get what we ordered and don’t get our money back for it. Good way to ruin a Saturday night.

Six Degrees Strategies

I gotta tell you, I had the best experience at this Burger King. Stephanie, the employee working the counter, was absolutely amazing. My kids were cranky from a long day and she was so sweet and patient with them. She even gave them extra napkins for their chicken nuggets and some stickers. It's those little things that make a huge difference. Stephanie deserves a raise and a promotion! She's an incredible asset to this team.

Kid-friendliness: Stephanie had my kids laughing and smiling and gave that auntie vibe that made them go from upset to grateful in moments.

Horrible service. Expensive. Fast food has gone down the drain recently, but this establishment tries to set the bar for stupidity and Horrible service. They should seek new management or just bulldoze the place and put in a Chick-fil-A. ?

I usually do not do reviews, but I am making an exception today. I visited The Burger King in Sebastian, FL on my way thru town. I was greeted by a lady named Stephany. She was very hospitable and hilarious. The entire staff was , but she definitely made us feel welcomed. Maybe we will have to stop here for now on when we come thru this cute little town . Thank you guys for being so nice!

I had a great experience while visiting the Sebastian location last night. The staff was busy at work and a drive thru customer broke down in their drive thru. The Manager Stephanie as well as a gentleman working behind the counter went out in the rain and pushed the young ladies car into a safe location so she could have it looked at . I can totally appreciate that she did that for her customer. We have all been in a bad spot once or twice ... Its nice to know that there are still people that are willing to help customers out even when its not apart of their job description. Thank you Stephanie for always being a delight when we come in. We appreciate you!

I had a horrific experience here when I went to eat dinner not due to the service or food but bc of a freak medical experience I had thank God the manager that was in at the time was previously a nurse thank you so much Stephanie and your coworkers you guys were God sent!!!
