I did a mobile order. I provided the code at the speaker and my order was quickly provided with just a drive forward and short wait. It was hot and fresh and prepared correctly. I will say I have never been disappointed by anything from this location. I don't go often but have been satisfied with what I have ordered.

Staff, especially night Manager Cody, went out of their way to provide amazing service while in the drive thru. His leadership should be recognized. It is not everyday that a manager connects and facilitates so well to please customers.

Whooper with cheese discusting meat was soogy 3 times as much mayo gross or sauce what ever it is.been eatting whooper for years this the worse ever had loved the ones in 80s i was only one in restraunt so no rush think they pre make then try douche it up. I am shocked at this BKs behavior!! No royalty treatment here - I definitely did not feel like a “king.” These employees were very unkind and cruel. They didn’t give me half my order and REFUSED to help me out by giving me my food. I am so disheartened tonight. BK at Sebastian, you have lost a lifelong customer. I did not have it “my way.”
EDIT: after speaking to the burger king himself - aka the manager with dashing dark hair and beautiful green eyes - I was issued my missing food and additional goodies. It was truly a royal experience. I am in awe and touched deeply by his kindness. Thank you sweet prince, I wish you nothing but gorgeous dreams! <3

Nice younger gentlemen at the register was very helpful and patient with me as I was having trouble with the app on my phone. Wish I would've got his name. Was around 8:15-8:20 pm Sunday. I hope his manager sees this post. 😊
