Honestly today was my first time back to this Burger King in a long time and they have a new GM that has taken over, and I can tell you it’s like a completely different restaurant. Everyone was friendly. The service was great and so was the food. Also those new churro fries sooooo good. I will definitely be returning to this location.Thank you again for the amazing service and good food.

I can not express enough how absolutely professional Leonard Valentine was working today, only Fast food restaurant open in town right after Hurricane Milton line wrapped around the block. He was calm, beautiful customer service voice. He could be working in a roach motel at the front desk and make you feel like you just walked into a five star resort. Someone seriously needs to praise this kid give him a bonus and raise!

I must say this one of my favorite BK's The staff NANCY,GREG are fabulous love them dearly so sweet and kind hearted .New GM was amazing Tina you and Tammy Rock!!!Ashley sad to see u have gone:( Audrey is kind don't remember other little lady Tammy ? in the morning although she did drive through and I cant remember her name. she is sweet as well. Not to mention how great and fresh the food is ..

I did a mobile order got a chicken sandwhich original and a medium onion ring , i got to drive thru they told me they dont have onion rings which was 3.19 , theyoffered fries im not a huge fan of fries so i said no thank you the lady at the window kept trying to offer me different things and i said i would do a 4pc mozzarella stick which was cheaper than my onion ring and the lady at the window was willing to do it until the manager was nasty towards the employee and me and said i wasnt allowed a cheaper alternative and i had to go through my app and do a refund the app wont give me a refund , ive tried calling corporate and the store 7 times and not one time have the picked up the phone i would like to know the managers name whom was working 7/14/2024 around 7:20 pm

Small Fry
Upon walking into this establishment with my gf, I witnessed a worker (Drive thru, she’s pregnant) eat the drive thru customers fries from the customers fry carton and then PUT THE SAME CARTON IN THE BAG AND SEND THEM OUT!!! Like what? Huh? ?!!! That’s absolutely disgusting!!! I’d be embarrassed. I should’ve taken a picture to better justify this complaint! Now way! I felt like asking her (when she served us our food) if she happened to eat any of our fries but my gf was already embarrassed because I wanted to say something but kept my mouth quiet. ??? do better. If your employees are hungry then give them a small meal for free per shift. That’s what my bk did when I worked there. Crazy.

arrived around noon and there were 2 customers there not good for lunch hour on a weekday guy doing to go orders didn't greet us we had to wait for counter guy to get off his phone to get waited on no one said thank you will not be back they're not the only Burger King in the area
