The food is always cold, the fries are always nasty chewy and old, the sodas have a weird moldy taste and the staff is air headed as can be. Do they just hire anyone? They can neverrrrrr get anything right. This is the least hard job yall could ever have. I’ve worked in plenty of fast food and restaurants, and it’s absolutely not rocket science. This place is a nightmare. Go to Wendy’s or McDonalds. Better off
Honestly today was my first time back to this Burger King in a long time and they have a new GM that has taken over, and I can tell you it’s like a completely different restaurant. Everyone was friendly. The service was great and so was the food. Also those new churro fries sooooo good. I will definitely be returning to this location.Thank you again for the amazing service and good food.
I can not express enough how absolutely professional Leonard Valentine was working today, only Fast food restaurant open in town right after Hurricane Milton line wrapped around the block. He was calm, beautiful customer service voice. He could be working in a roach motel at the front desk and make you feel like you just walked into a five star resort. Someone seriously needs to praise this kid give him a bonus and raise!
