Never a problem but today both pies were severely over cooked dry and tuff with very invisible flavor and barely any sauce .

Listen I ordered pick up, and arrived ten minutes after. This was the best freshest hottest pizza I think I've ever had in my life aside from back in the day when pizza hut had their buffets in the 90s! Customer service was amazing and lady at the register was as sweet as pie.

I went in for pick up and the place was dirty. The front entrance door was caked in dirt. Inside the floors were filthy and the prep area was not being kept clean. As far as the pizza the crust was thin and not hand tossed and was baked too long .

My mother and I tried to order some pasta and sides around 9pm on August 21 and their app said the location was closed. I called their number on my cell phone and no one answered the phone where it kept ringing. Yet Google said they were open that day and there's no explanation on why they were closed during their normal business hours online. Why was the location closed down around 9pm when they should have been open for business? We had to order from Pizza Hut instead. There should at least have been a reason listed on their app for their location being closed during their normal business hours. I love their food but not being given a reason for them being closed during normal business hours isn't respectful to their customers.

Called to ask questions about pizza once decided upon pizza was told by manager Zender I guess this his name being not very clear as if he did not want tell me had to ask 3 times which later was told by John it was to call back to verify my order being my bacon ranch previously was not much chicken at all or bacon on pizza so Zender could make properly upon my call back no one answered for almost 20mins when the answering promp voice answered it said my call was forwarded to the manager which was weird so I got discouraged and decided to call from other number then the prompt answering voice was regularly ring and answer normal voice as to be answered by employee but no one still answered so I called from another number and immediately John answered I was like wow !!! So I told John I was offended he explained to me that the phone calls are forwarded to the manager after calling repeatedly too many times which made no sense because I only called a second time as Zender asked me which then that discouraged me more and made me feel kind of weary add stereotype against because why would xender have been called back on a call if nobody had any intentions on answering because I'm sure he had to already know that my call was not going to be answered what kind of business does that what kind of business does that one that does not value or care about customers by picking and choosing calls to answer or not answer when xender the manager asked me to call back which makes absolutely no sense so I took that and offense as xender I guess was not pleased with how I said to him that my bacon ranch pizza previously did not have the proper meat or bacon on it being that it was very less meat on there which as a customer I had the right to say something to him about that which I did not say rudely which I did not say rudely I just bought to which I did not say rudely which I did not say Ruby I just brought to his attention so if you have a problem you cannot express it to this place because your phone call will be directed to a non-answering line I did call back and cancel my order because I was very upset and discouraged from this I've never heard any such thing ever from a business in my life what's John told me shocked me that the system does not take phone calls if you call there are too many times wow!!!!!! Sad!!!

Got there and was told pizza not ready yet I saw pizza that looked like mine come out of oven, boxed and put on shelf
Waited about 15 minutes then inquired about status of my pizza order
At that point they realized my order had been sitting on shelf
I stated my pizza was likely cold
Rude manager told me pizza was fine and to leave the store and not come back because I noted that the pizza was likely cold
Last time they will get my business
Looks like Marcos is the go to location in Sebastian for chain pizza

Walked in and ordered 3 pizzas no muss or fuss was told 15 minutes went and waited in my vehicle before I knew it the nice girl was walking my order out to me , now that blew my mind she didn't have to but took the initiative to do so !

So disappointed. Why would you put spices on a pizza? There are plenty of spicy restaurants but if you’re looking for just pizza stay away from this place
