We did not take our food. The young woman taking our order was pushy and impatient. When we asked for a veterans discount. In a very harsh abrupt voice declare “No”. She could have said any number of things even with the same tone and we would have went through with our order. She was very rude. She is not a good representative of the restaurant. She would benefit from additional customer relations training. Lord help her manager.

Every part of my order was wrong somehow. Hash browns tasted like they were cooked in melted plastic. Chai tasted like plain milk. Avocado toast had bacon no one asked for. A hot drink came out iced.

Came in tonight. It was very busy because of the Christmas parade. I paid $5.02 for the ABSOLUTE WORST chai tea latte I have ever had! It was Luke warm at best and all froth. There was barely any chai in the colored watered they added. I had to ask for the cup to be filled.

You guys have one job! Why do you consistently run out of donuts and bagels. No excuse. Last 3 times I was here I waited 20-25 minutes for a drink and breakfast sandwich which was cold. 7 people working and you still can’t get anything done. Bye

I went to the speaker to place a drive-through order and waited for 4 1/2 minutes and no one came to the speaker even after asking if anyone was there. I placed an order online for pick up through the drive-through and proceeded to go to the window only to wait for five more minutes. Frustrated because I had placed the order and paid for my food. I began to beat the horn and one black girl walked by the window and looked at me and then kept walking. I waited for another four minutes and finally after beeping, my horn repeatedly, a very disheveled black girl came to the window and just looked at me, and I explained that I had placed an order and she went and got the order and dropped it off. Customer service here is absolutely awful never again.
