This is the absolute slowest Dunkin' Donuts on earth. The food and drinks are great, but waiting 20 mins in the drive thru when you are the third in line is ridiculous. And it's not a one time thing. It's. Every. Time. Oh and by the way when they're out of something they should put on the sign so you don't spend 20 minutes waiting in line to try and order something that they're out of

We did not take our food. The young woman taking our order was pushy and impatient. When we asked for a veterans discount. In a very harsh abrupt voice declare “No”. She could have said any number of things even with the same tone and we would have went through with our order. She was very rude. She is not a good representative of the restaurant. She would benefit from additional customer relations training. Lord help her manager.
Every part of my order was wrong somehow. Hash browns tasted like they were cooked in melted plastic. Chai tasted like plain milk. Avocado toast had bacon no one asked for. A hot drink came out iced.

Came in tonight. It was very busy because of the Christmas parade. I paid $5.02 for the ABSOLUTE WORST chai tea latte I have ever had! It was Luke warm at best and all froth. There was barely any chai in the colored watered they added. I had to ask for the cup to be filled.
