I typically do not care to put reviews but if you cannot accommodate online orders, don’t have your online app open. I ordered at 2:10 and I left at 2:38. I watch multiple people walk out of the store and got their order in a timely manner. This location is really understaffed. I know you can’t make employees come to your business but when you have employees chitchatting with everybody and not working, that’s a problem. Also, it needs to be fixed is online orders improper communication because if you order something online and they don’t have it in store, they just don’t give it to you so you pay for something that you essentially have to ask for to find out that they don’t have that item. If items are not available at a store, then I don’t understand why you’re able to order it online. This location is way too busy to have this many problems and it’s absolutely ridiculous.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been too. You can expect to wait atleast 20 minutes to just place an order… mind blowing! Seems like staff they have is overworked and not happy to be there! It’s a shame. This store needs to get it together. Sebastian can’t be running on Dunkin like this ?

I’ve gone to this location twice because it’s close to my daughter’s therapy. Both times my coffee was sour and bitter, literally could barely drink it. The first time it was pretty bad but I needed coffee, the second time (now) I can’t even drink it, I even added more sugar and Splenda to see if it would help. It tastes like the cream is sour or the coffee went bad. The chicken wrap was good, though. Won’t ever go back, will stick to my regular Dunkin even it means driving further.

Met the manager, she is top notch. While is was moving around a lot she still found the time to stop talk to me and three other customers while we waited for our respective orders. Asking us how we are doing and asked for our opinion on how.her team's service has been today. Definitely will be back and walk in to be served.
