My husband and I went into Ellen's Sweets & Treats because we wanted a delicious carrot cake for my son's birthday. Ellen delivered and then some. Evidently, before I picked up the cake, a couple of customers wanted to buy it. I understand why: the cake looked elegant as well as mouthwatering. When I served the cake, we took pictures of it, I cut it, and we each had a piece. Indeed, we all had a moment of indulgent silence when we tasted the carrot cake, then no one could stop talking about every aspect of it. I look forward to ordering every kind of cake that Ellen bakes! In addition, Ellen created rice crispy treats that go far beyond what you'd expect of that treat. Addictive. And the fudge is absolutely ridiculous. My son pick out some fudge from the many flavors I brought home: he's thirty-one, but had fun deciding which fudge he wanted. I let him steal my coconut cream fudge, but I'll be in for more. (I told him about Ellen growing and cracking the coconuts open.) He wanted my daughter's s'mores fudge, but she wasn't willing. Ellen confections a variety of irresistible traditional fudge flavors and tempting seasonal flavors. I'm looking forward to an Ellen's Sweets and Treats coconut cake for my next birthday, but I'll be in for more of the other treats in the mean time!

Ellen's fudge is decadent and homemade, and there are so many flavors to choose from! We got the fudge sampler which allowed us to get lots of flavors for a good price! (You'll need to ask her about the fudge sampler, as she can specially make one for the flavors you love!) Thanks Ellen! ?

Ellen was our baker for our wedding in December. We ordered 120 cupcakes as well as a two tier wedding cake.Not only was Ellen so helpful throughout the entire process, but she delivered our goodies to our venue on the day of which took SO much off of our plates!The wedding was a great day, but what really makes every wedding is the food and WOW- she knocked this out of the park.We got a variety of German chocolate, vanilla blackberry and caramel apple cupcakes. Everyone is STILL raving about them and it has been over a month! We loved them so much that we opted to freeze the very few we had left over so that we can enjoy them here and there.When reviewing wedding bakers, we got a lot of flack from other vendors because we didn’t want a 7 tier wedding cake or 700 cupcakes. It seemed if you weren’t able to spend upwards of $2,000 they just weren’t interested. We tasted 3 or 4 others and were just not impressed by them, especially for the price that some of these people were asking.Ellen’s treats are not only incredible, but priced more than fairly. We have already contacted her for a gender reveal cake for our friends and I give her info out constantly. She really is the best baker on the treasure coast.Thank you Ellen; for everything. ❤️

Everything Ellen makes is amazing. The turtles, the fudge, her beautifully decorated custom cakes... She's very talented and it was very hard to choose just a few items. I wanted everything in the store and will definitely be back for more.

Lovely shop! Very inviting and smells amazing when you walk inside.. I tried the chocolate fudge and it just melt in my mouth.. I took home caramels and had a few alone and dropped one in my single brownie cup... very fresh and pliable... tasted great in my brownie! Cannot wait to go back..

I visited Ellen’s sweet treats on July 4th and was so glad she was open because I needed to get some sweets and other treats to make a basket for a friends birthday. As I entered the door I was greeted by Ellen and she was super friendly and smiled the whole time I was there. Ellen had so many wonderful things to choose from to make the perfect gift. I ended up getting the things I needed for my basket such as home made fudge that was the best I have ever had. She has so many other things such as pickles and many other canned vegetables, that were absolutely delicious and so many other treats that were all made by her. I even bought treats to take home for my own family and they did not last long at my hose and we were all wanting more. The shop is absolutely beautiful and is so very inviting and friendly. The decor invites you in and you just want to sit and talk because of how welcoming it feels. I will definitely be going back not only for me but when I need an awesome gift for friends and family!!
