A fine watch movement is how the team that worked there when I stopped in did their tasks. Ordered, was asked if I wanted it Mike's way and what items I wanted on it. By the time I reached the register, it was wrapped and sitting there bewildering me if it was mine or not...it was. Had to be 37 seconds from ordering to paying. My head's still spinning. Very important part is my wife just had surgery with the fasting lasting about 16 hours. Great job, people.
The service here is great. Nicole and others do a fantastic job.
However, I've noticed over the last 4 years that meat quality has substantially declined. Just get better meats and raise the prices. Don't try to hide the price inflation by reducing quality.

The past 4 times I’ve been here my hot subs have been wrong. I even mentioned it to the young gentleman that took my order tonight, he was polite about it, said he would make sure I got the right thing. I get home.. it’s steak and not chicken. That’s what I get for not checking my food before leaving I guess. While waiting for the sub to other customers we’re waiting to have their order corrected as well. I don’t know who’s training these kids but let’s do better.
