The Steak Tips Dinner was outstanding in every way. My daughter had the Chicken Tenders Dinner and loved it. And you absolutely have to make room for the Chocolate Molten Lava Cake.The waitress was an absolute doll.We will definitely come back next time we are in town.

We're from central NY, upstate and Friday fish fries are a staple. We've been searching for somewhere that serves one on Friday here in this area..we came up on JJ's and we're very happy, just what we've been looking for. The cod was really good, we'll be back on Fridays..thank you!
We just tried this restaurant for the first time . Fried clams are great!!!! Waitress Becky was so nice and a good waitress! Went back a second time and had fried clams again- LOVED IT! Can't wait to go back - nice atmosphere too!

This is by far one of the best restaurants in Sebastian. If you want chicken wings, this is the place to go. If you want good fish and chips this is also the place to go. They always have a good selection of craft brews, the staff is always friendly, prices are fair, JJ Mannings has a great aesthetic on the inside, not to bright and not to dark. I love going here to get my fix on wings & fried cod.

This pup is ok, it's a neighborhood place to eat. I go there sometimes on my lunch break, close to my work. Food is ok, last time I went, they didn't have half of the food on the menu during to no truck delivery. Service is slow. I'm not saying anything bad. If you have a lot of time to kill, this is your place.
