Arrived around 1230 on a Monday, chose to go inside as drive up window backed up.
Upon entering I see several waiting to order but many sitting around waiting on food.
After I was able and before i place my order I was to told we don't have any dark meat meaning legs and thighs it would be 20 minutes unless I wanted breast.
So I order a two piece crispy breast meal order was taken and I had to wait 15 minutes.
When I arrived home I had a wing and a breast, not what I ordered or paid for.
The place has got to be one of the most unorganized operations I've witnessed.
Who in the hell ever heard of having a chicken restaurant and don't have it when the customer orders it.
If Popeyes were to open a restaurant near by this establishment would be down to just selling tacos.
So I'm done won't be going back.

The chicken sandwich was harder to chew than actual rubber. I have ni idea for how long they cooked it but way longer than it should have. Awful, just awful.

This place is just like Wendy’s down the street no one at the counter to take orders and takes forever to get meal just sucks that we only have Wendy’s KFC/Taco Bell McD and Burger King in Sebastian no one wants to work

Your prices are so very high, bought 12 pieces, it was very dry even grandson complained for $34 dollars it should be great, but there wasn’t many people so the chicken sat, will not go back

Don't come here if you expect your business to be appreciated
I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and not one of the 3 workers acknowledged me in any way
Finally Lynette came over and barked at me 'dine in or carryout'
I placed my order and she said 'name'
I gave her my name, paid for my order and she walked off
When my order came she practically threw it at me and mumbled 'thank you' to which I replied 'thank you'
She came back to the counter, glared at me and walked away
I will not go there again
The entire staff needs retraining on what customer service is with special attention to Lynette

Went through the drive thru got home with my famous bowl and found a little black hair in it. Went back for a remake and realized nobody had a hair net nor a beard net on. Absolutely disgusting.

Message to franchise owner! Seems like they put door dash / Uber eats orders last. Customer is a customer. Hire more people or don’t do door dash or uber eats at all. You are responsible for slow service not employees. You are running two restaurants with one restaurants worth of employees.

Terrible. Have to wait forever for someone to take my order. While I was waiting another customer came in complaining he didn't get some of his items he ordered. The soda machine has no diet sodas and I wasn't offered a refund. The people working is here is so NOT friendly. This is really not okay.

Let me start with I love KFC. I am a patron all across the United States during my travels. Unfortunately my home location is full of issues. It is easy to read the reviews here or on any delivery platform. They used to see there are consistent problems. Food quality. I am missing. Attitude at the store with the management, Alexis and the manager on night staff. Very little accountability when you have an actual issue.

Tonight, I hit my limit with the number of repeated problems I’ve had ordering here. I called management to attempt to discuss why they are comfortable with the quality control issues. I was hung up on multiple times. I was told I was ghetto among other things.

Maybe this is how you wanna spend your money. But it’s not how I want to spend mine.
