Let me start with I love KFC. I am a patron all across the United States during my travels. Unfortunately my home location is full of issues. It is easy to read the reviews here or on any delivery platform. They used to see there are consistent problems. Food quality. I am missing. Attitude at the store with the management, Alexis and the manager on night staff. Very little accountability when you have an actual issue.
Tonight, I hit my limit with the number of repeated problems I’ve had ordering here. I called management to attempt to discuss why they are comfortable with the quality control issues. I was hung up on multiple times. I was told I was ghetto among other things.
Maybe this is how you wanna spend your money. But it’s not how I want to spend mine.
First time in my life and I am 61 I could not be provided a receipt for my purchase. Asked for a refund when told they had no receipts and they refused and told me I would have to contact a district manager to get one. I love thier chicken but the service was pitiful. I will not go back to that location ever again. Lost customer.

Well I shouldn't be surprised, $18 for a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, a chicken quesadilla and a small soda is unacceptable. I can go across the street to a real Mexican restaurant and pay less and get better food. Another Sebastian US1 restaurant off my list.

On 2/8/2025, we decide to eat at this Taco Bell/KFC combo, (Ken-Taco). Ten whole minutes before anyone even *glanced* our way. Then, surprise, another four minutes for someone to finally take our order. Classic “fast food” experience, right? Total speed demon vibes.
Oh, and here’s the kicker: they’re asking every single person, “Dine-in or carry out?” like it’s a life-or-death question… but plot twist: everyone walks away with a bag. Not a tray in sight. Guess the quiz was just for funsies?
Food-wise, it was hot and… well, exactly what you’d expect from a Taco Bell/KFC mashup. No complaints, no standing ovations.
Shoutout to the one employee who took our order, though—super chill and actually smiled. MVP of the visit, honestly. 🏆

I was looking forward to OriginalKentucky Fried chicken. I cannot describe the seasoning other than pure salt and a taste of sweet something.. The Mac was dry. Biscuit tasted like pure butter. First time going and never again. Horrible.

I ordered an 8 piece tender and they parked me got home and the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way it was so slimy so of course I drive back up there and I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a refund wow!!!! I will never go back there that place again!!!

The chicken sandwich we got was hard as a brick, the nacho fries were also like tree sticks, the Mexican pizza was mushy. Seriously won't be going back. The counter person seemed irritated to be there.
The most inconsistent KFC/Taco Bell ever. Out of key ingredients on an almost regular basis. Examples: lettuce last week. Cheese in the past. They actually had to go to the Super Walmart behind them to buy cheese to continue with orders requiring cheese. Items are often missing from orders. Most often drinks. I’m trying to think of something that they do well here but I’m drawing a blank.

Although the employees are nice, the food and beverages have a lot to be desired. The biscuit I received with my meal was insanely small and all of my food (and my wife's) tasted like chemicals. The sweet tea looked like sugary piss water full of sanitizing solution from their wash sink. They were very unorganized and the location was pretty dirty and looked like someone bathed in the sink.

This is the slowest kfc/tacobell. I think combining two restaurants has been and always will be a bad idea. Not only is this place slow they get your order right about 10% of the time. And forget it if you want extra crispy cause it does not matter what time you are here it is the same song and dance that they are either out or it will be 20 min before they can get it to you and if you are willing to wait it goes to 30-45min they try to get you not to order it. This is this new age work ethic combined with lazy to incompetent staff that has to remember this is not just a KFC it is also a Taco Bell.
