I honestly do not like to leave bad reviews, & I live here & try to support the businesses when possible. However, this was really worth notifying the owner. The 1st batch of fries hard & funny taste...so I thought old. I felt really bad for the drive through person slammed....since I had gone through the drive through, I just drove around & went in for new fries, the biscuit that was left out, & some sauce, as the photo of nuggets covered in sauce wasn't what I received.I did receive new fries, a biscuit & was told next time if I wanted extra sauce there would be a charge even though some nuggets barely had any sauce. I also tasted the fries once out at the car & again a funny taste which must have been old grease in the fryer.I know they are busy & thus not a lesser review as some is not their fault....but it is sad & a disappointment to not have regard for the food, & not appreciate why I took the time to drive around & come in. If they aren't supposed to be covered in sauce then the photo should show otherwise. Rancid grease for the fries isn't easy to by pass as acceptable either....The app price is also much less than through the drivein...but just saw that.

Dirty restaurant. My order took over 15 minutes. When I asked what took so long, the cashier said "your fries" I didn't order any french fries. ? Had to wipe my own table down before eating. Other customers were asking for towels to wash their tables as well.

All I can say is the new Chizza was delicious. The chicken was crispy and juicy with marinara sauce, cheese and pepperoni. The portion sizes are very generous. That's a home run, good job.

This has to be the worst run KFC's on the planet. I visit my parents a few times a year in FL and every time I visit we order delivery or pickup from this KFC, and every time they get the order wrong. Management and employees are rude, inconsiderate, and none of them can think their way out of a plastic bag. Its fast food not rocket science. Place should be condemned not open to the public. The positive reviews on google must have been paid for by Col. Sanders.

Ordered Online at the KFC app. Went to pick it up,girl said she didn't know anything about it, then she suggested I go inside store. After waiting she came over to counter and when I explained that I ordered on app as I was told when I called, she said I did it Wrong, she said I should have used Door dash Then she got snippy with me and told that she hopes my day gets better. No Wonder this location is rated 2.8The management is sorely lacking. Left without any food, Because I Did It Wrong ?

Stopped in around 6:30-7pm not one customer inside, about 4 cars in the drive thru. We stood at the counter to order an we could NOT see any employee grub the counter, we could hear then talking just couldn't see them. Finally after about 5 or 6 mins a young lady came up to the reg entered a code an then turned around an walked away. Never greeted us or told us what was going on, just walked away. After about 4 or 5 more mins another young lady came up to the same reg an put in a code an then proceeds to say to us how may I help you. I asked about a new item on the menu, she answered my question an I ordered this new item. When we were all finished eating our meal an left, I noticed a sign in the window for this new item on the menu an it was buy 2 for $5.00. since I only ordered 1, I was charged $3.00 plus tax for 1. When I could of been offered the 2 for $5 an could of tried 2 of the 3, but I wasn't so I over paid because of poor customer service I feel. We ended up eating our meal there instead of taking it home like planned. We were sitting an having our meal when another 2 people walked in an had the same issues we had, with no one coming out of the back to take their order.

This location needs some serious training on how to handle the volume of customers for its drive through. Parking cars in the parking lot to have someone bring the takeout out only to be the wrong order. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER.

So I was just there doordashing and waited a while to have someone even come up to me up front or even Acknowledge me, Even though there were two ppl looking right at me just doing drive thru. So I stood their waiting until the manager came up and I was like I've been waiting awhile for this doordash and immediately she gave me an attitude saying " well their is only two people up here and I was in the back counting cash which I should of done hours ago. So I just let it go and said well here is the name of the order. And she goes to look and she came back fast but tells me they are working on it. And all I asked was how long? And cause you know doordash times you too. And she looked at me with an attitude again an says I just told you they are making it and I told her I just asked a question? And she responds with you always do this when you come in!!!!!!! So I was like ya know nevermind and walked out and unassigned the order. When I got into my car I still was mad and was like I need to get her name and report her. So I ended up calling and asking what's the Arabic lady's name? And she's like I am the lady and I said ok what's your name ? And she was like are you the dasher ? And I was like what's your name? And she kept going around it. And she's like where did you go? And I said well it was taking to long and she was like thats fine you didn't have to wait. So of course I got mad and told her I was going to report her. And she told me that I can longer come there and they are going to report me. So please do not come here anymore cause all your gonna get is horrible service and managers telling you off and nonsense. I did talk to Christine and finally said to her that she got the attitude first. But she's agreeing with the other manager. And is telling me the same thing which is ok i dont wanna come to a place that is this way. . I'm still reporting this though. What a shame.

Got a 8piece with fixings ordered cole slaw and macncheese didn't get slaw instead got mashed potatoes and gravy and the worst mac n cheese i ever had the chicken was ok original
