Store employees continue to be combative. No change. Free food doesn't fix core issues with customer service.
I came in to pick up an order only to be insulted by an employee. I was told the order was taking a little longer and I said not a problem and waited outside for 10 mins. When I returned I was told I was being rude and having an attitude because I came back before the order was ready. I can't imagine this person works here.

We've had Marco's now from 3 different locations. The 1st was in Pigeon Forge Tennessee...for our 1st time with Marco's it was really good, after a long day of driving. The 2nd location was the Sebastian store...I'm sorry to say this but, it was absolutely disgusting. The crust had so many huge air bubbles, that it fell apart when you took a bite. Way too much sauce and not enough cheese or toppings....the taste was horrible, I've had frozen pizza that tasted better. The 3rd location is 58th st in Vero Beach...this place knows how to make their product the right way....it was made perfectly and tasted great. Highly suggest you either send your crew down there to be retrained, or have Vero send their pizza makers up here and teach your crew the Marco's way. Highly doubt we'll ever come back to this location...Will continue to get our Marco's fix at the 58th st location.

First time at this location. Used to go to the Vero store. Today got an ultimate pep/sausage and this store made the best one ever!! Cooked perfect, good amount of toppings and everything tasted fresh. Even for lunch on a Monday. This is my go-to pizza from now on!

Everyone here is very pleasant and friendly. They never fail.to greet me at the door. Even offered better deals then I originally ordered. Definable a cornerstone of the community providing pizza to the local Sharks football games. All and all great food and people

Finally went to try it . But man the staff needs an education on food prep health and safety . They cross contamination and don’t wash hands pick toppings off ground put on pizza. Sneeze and don’t cover mouth . I ended up canceling my order . I was so grossed out . Shame I hear pizza is good but yuck watching staff not practice good hygiene and common sense of food safety .
