I'd like to know WHY everything I go , I get the something for my daughter every time . But some times it's $5.69 or$5.66 or $5.99 ??? It's bad enough a small fries is now $3.10 !!!!! Big Mac meal is over $10 !!!!! I will not be going to McDonald's anymore ! I can go to Wendy's get BETTER food , FRESHER food , for alot cheaper. McDonald's is now a total RIP OFF !!

We frequently visit this McDonald's location, typically about once a week, and there are often issues with our order. While these problems are usually resolved, today's experience was particularly disappointing. Upon opening the box, we immediately noticed the cookies were burnt. When we called to address the issue, my mom, who placed the order, spoke with the manager, Anthony.
From the start of the call, Anthony responded in an unprofessional and rude tone, even pretending he couldn't hear her. When she explained that the cookies were inedible and that the children wouldn’t eat them, his response was, "What do you want me to do about that?"—delivered in the same dismissive manner.
As this appears to be a franchise location, there may not be much we can do directly, but this review is intended to inform others, as well as the owner, that this establishment could benefit from a change in management. Mistakes happen, but when you work in food service, you should never serve something you wouldn’t give to your own family. The fact that these cookies were visibly burnt and smelled burnt yet still served is unacceptable.
To Anthony, I suggest pursuing a role that doesn’t involve customer interaction, as your customer service skills leave much to be desired. This review is not written lightly, but it feels necessary given the circumstances. My mom is well-liked by staff at this location, which makes this interaction all the more surprising and disappointing.

I ordered a strawberry shake, and the bottom third of it was chocolate syrup. They offered me a new one, but the taste of the chocolate syrup ruined my appetite. But they were completely willing to make it right.

The new clear straws are horrible! They split as your taking them out of paper, therefore ruining my chances of drinking.

This McDonald’s is the absolute worst. They say the ice cream machine isn’t working when you can literally see and hear it operating in the back. They don’t want to do their jobs. They hire a bunch of high schoolers who have absolutely no work ethic whatsoever. Do not eat at this McDonald’s. I just ordered they said they were out the DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER MEAL. Then lo and behold I get 2 CHEESEBURGERS.

Just left this rude staff with total disbelief at the unprofessional manner of the staff. Date is 11/11/24 time 9:50. If they don't want to do there job they should find another one. Paying customers should be treated with respect no matter what time they show up. I'll definitely not be coming back to this McDonald's for sure.
