Excellent food, with fairly large portions. Kwon was an amazing server and really seems to know what she's doing, as she helps open this new restaurant. Calm atmosphere.

I love good ramen. Seeing a new ramen restaurant in Sebastian was exciting, but I was a little apprehensive. There's a lot of sub par food in Sebastian, to be honest. There's good food to be had, if limited in cuisines and options, but this is the first excellent meal I've had here. That said, this is now a go to choice for me. This is among the best Tonkatsu Ramen I've ever had. The perfect mixture of creamy, pork infused flavor, and the ingredients all taste fresh. The noodles were perfectly cooked and also tasted fresh. The dumpling appetizer are phenomenal, as is the sea weed salad. The Yaki Udon was as good, again, everything perfectly cooked, full of flavor, seasoned and prepared to allow the flavors to mix perfectly, instead of drowning it a combination of flavors. It's abundantly clear that whoever is making this food, cares about what they're serving. The service was exactly on point. We never felt like someone was hovering, and yet Quan or one of the other servers were there as soon as a glass was empty or a plate was done, and were happy to answer questions as we looked st the menu. It felt like they could not wait for us to experience their food, and they believed it was going to be excellent. It's relatively small, clean, and minimal in design, but more stylish and tasteful than is usually expected from a place in a strip mall. It exceeded every expectation, by a lot, and the food was better than I dared hope. If you'd have told me little, tiny Sebastian would be home to what is likely the best ramen place I've ever been, I'd have laughed at you, and I'd have been wrong.

A Fiery Delight: Ramen Chicken Soup ReviewI recently had the pleasure of trying a bowl of Ramen Chicken Soup that boasted a spicy flavor, and I must say, it was a culinary revelation. The soup strikes a perfect balance between the comforting, familiar taste of chicken broth and an invigorating kick of spice that awakens the senses. The noodles were perfectly cooked - not too soft and not too firm - providing a satisfying chewiness that is the hallmark of any great ramen. The chicken pieces were tender and flavorful, soaking up the rich, spicy broth in a way that made every bite a delightful experience. What sets this ramen apart is its spice level. It's not just heat for the sake of heat; there's a complexity to it. The spices blend harmoniously, offering layers of flavor that unfold with each spoonful. It's a warm, inviting kind of spice that beckons you to keep eating, even as your brow begins to perspire. The broth itself deserves special mention. It's rich and aromatic, with a depth of flavor that suggests a slow, careful simmering process. The spicy notes are well-integrated, never overshadowing the chicken's natural flavors but rather enhancing them. This soup manages to be both hearty and refreshing, making it a perfect choice for any season. In terms of presentation, the soup was a feast for the eyes, garnished with vibrant green onions and a soft-boiled egg that added both a pop of color and a creamy texture to the dish. It's clear that attention to detail is a priority, and it pays off in the visual appeal and taste of the soup.Overall, this Ramen Chicken Soup with its spicy flavor is an outstanding dish that offers a memorable dining experience. It's a must-try for anyone who appreciates the art of ramen-making and enjoys a bit of heat in their food. Whether you're a seasoned spice enthusiast or someone looking to venture into spicier territory, this soup will not disappoint.
