The Food and service was good. The enclosed outdoor patio was a plus, the windows were open, perfect weather. We had an enjoyable experience. Watch out for the tip charge before adding more tip.
A place to AVOID!! Started out well, not to busy and a good seat. Then came the food and drinks. Chicken tenders are not appropriately named. So tuff could not eat them. Soda fountain drinks excessively watered down and taste terrible. All of the food was cold! Mentioned to waitress not very good so she did remove charge for chicken tenders but gave herself 18 percent gratuity included in the bill. Manager did not show up!!!! We used to bring guest here but now a place to avoid. Don't see how they can continue to be in business.
Horrible service! Take out was a mess on a slower day. Very expensive for the service they provide.
I just stayed in Sebastian with my 89 year old father for 10 days. Ever since I was a kid our favorite thing to do is to eat a hamburger đ together đ„° We went to Mulligans a couple of times for breakfast & also lunch. Mulligans was our favorite food out of the four restaurants we frequented on our stay in town this time around. The hamburger was amazing! Definitely one of the best burgers on the beach. They even served it with a knife to cut in half if youâd like. Cooked perfectly with their delicious homemade fries. Stacey, the manager along with the staff is super friendly & professional. The entire restaurant has a very enjoyable experience as a result. You can feel it in the air & feel it while being waited on! Definitely recommend this place for any meal of the day! My dad & I will definitely be back.
Food was just okay. Typical touristy beach hype. Sides were terrible, cole slaw, Mac n Cheese were just gross. Burger was mediocre rare and not well done. Note and what really prompts this neg review: They preload an 18% gratuity on your check hoping you don't notice and add another 18%. Even with a party of 3. There are many many other places to eat and I'm sure it would be easy to get better meals at. The view was nice from our table. The waitress was obnoxious and acted like a drunk. If that's what you like then you'll love it.
Weâve always enjoyed our time at Mulligan's. I alive going so I can get my Asian dragon salad. We go at least twice a month despite the many people that tell us itâs no good. I think tonight proved to us that those people were right. We were seated at 8:05 (I worked and we didnât have a dinner plan for Easter so since Mulligans was right down the road we thought we would go there). After being seated, We were ignored by 3 male servers; who 2 were too busy talking about âalmost getting offâ while cleaning the booths around us. It was very clear we hadnât ordered yet, we didnât have drinks and the menus were still open in front of us. We werenât even acknowledged. After 25 minutes of being ignored we decided to just get up and leave. I work in the food and beverage industry, I know what itâs like to work on holidays. I know it can suck. When you sign up to work in the F&B industry you sign up to work holidays a lot of timesâŠ.But to ignore your customers because you âare about to get offâ is beyond ridiculous. We will NOT be going back.

We had a fun time at Mulligan's! The view is very nice; we had fun watching some dolphins chasing fish. The staff was very helpful but a little confused at times. The food was good, and they had very generous portions. I had ordered the salmon; it was cooked very well and was a very large piece. It was more than I could eat. The window areas could use a cleaning, particularly since that is the focal point for most people. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit.
Great breakfast with a view!
We go there once or twice a week. Lots of friendly customers and staff. Good food at good prices. Our favorite place to meet our Sebastian neighbors.

Expense for what they service . Order the mahi sandwich price 17.99, came with chips or coleslaw. The choice was grill blacken. I order grill, the fish was big but very dry and it came tartar sauce. No season on fish very bland. My sister order a cocktail and it was 20 bucks. Wow. Was not worth my time or money.
