The people who were working there when I picked up my order were great but I hate ordering over the phone to someone who then has to call the location I thought I was ordering in the first place. His English was broken and he didn't seem to understand all I was trying to say. If he then had to call where I was trying to call why not cut out the middle man and let me talk directly to the people at that location?

I ordered 2 x large pizzas cost me 47 dollars got 2 small pizzas . Called them they told me they couldn't make it right after I worked an 18 hrs shift for FPL my crew was hungry thank you for the disappointment. We will no longer eat there . We will go to pizza hut were they would have made it right

70 dollars for 3 pizzas, a few wings, and nasty cheesy bread which is really just cheese without sauce on pizza crust. What a joke. Time to make my own pizza.

This is hard to rate. Papa Johns is always the Best pizza! I pre-ordered a 3 topping pizza for 5:30pm SuperBowl Sunday. It was ready promptly for that time! Great! But...there were hardly any toppings on it, or sauce. Really skimpy! It was like they were running out of these simple toppings. Maybe because it was a busy afternoon? So, I'm not sure if this is a "service" quality. Otherwise, service is always 5 Stars. I had just had a pizza from Papa's 2 weeks before. It was one topping and it was very good. I've been buying Papa's pizza since they have been at this location when I'm in the area, 4 1/2 months a year. I'll try again on a non busy day.

Dear Restaurant Manager/Owner,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your establishment today around noon. I had ordered a pizza for pickup, and upon arrival, I waited at the counter for at least five minutes, trying to get the attention of an employee in the back. Despite my efforts to call out, I was either ignored or not heard. My boyfriend then went inside to assist and also had to raise his voice to get the employee’s attention. When the employee finally came to the counter, he responded in an unprofessional and belligerent manner, questioning why we were yelling, as if he was unaware of the situation.
During this time, two other potential customers entered the restaurant but quickly left after seeing us unsuccessfully trying to get service. It was clear that they were discouraged by the lack of attentiveness from your staff.
Given this experience, I believe the employee working at noon today should either be retrained or reassigned, as it is unacceptable for a customer to struggle to receive an already-paid-for order, especially when it is a simple task of bringing the food to the counter. This kind of service reflects poorly on your business and has the potential to drive away customers.
I would appreciate your attention to this matter and any steps you can take to prevent similar situations in the future.
Horrible delivery time almost 1.5 hrs, cold pizza. Terrible management with no customer service skills. Find somewhere else that is not big corporate. Eat local where they care about their customers.

They’re using call centers in India to take your order promising you that your pizza will come in 25 minutes. 2 hours later we got cold awful tasting pizza and there is nobody to call to cancel or get your money back.

The food is amazing from papa johns big fan but the lady that took my order was really pushy i ordered a standard papadia but she said i had to spend over 25 to get my order witch last time i ordered it wasnt like that then she preceded to add extra garlic sauce without my permission or say, and also 2 doc pepper i hate doc pepper im pretty sure i told her starry and i didnt even want the drink she was making me get it AND PUT 2 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION ON YALL PHONE AUDIO THAT “records” never again was not worth the cold grilled chicken thingy!!
