I was sooo happy to find somewhere with dairy free soft-serve ice cream. They had orange dole whip & vanilla soft-serve. They also had dairy free raspberry sorbet that looked so good too. They also had so many flavors for regular ice cream. We will definitely be returning here!

What a delicious ice creashops! We got the banana cream pie and dolce de leche cheesecake flavored ice cream in a handmade cone. It was DELICIOUS. I wish it was a bit more affordable, at $9.43 for two scoops in the homemade waffle cone.
Customer service was friendly and patient with trying the various flavors.
The ice cream is homemade but not made in house.

Finally had a chance to try this place out and we were glad we did! I am not sure if the ice cream is made in house or not, but there are plenty of flavors to choose from. Free samples are available. I had a double scoop with hot fudge and whipped cream and it was delicious. The portions are very generous and it was too much to eat in one sitting. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The prices were more than reasonable and the atmosphere is plain and simple. There are tables inside and out back if you decide that you want to enjoy it here. Definitely the best ice cream that we have had in Indian River County yet. We look forward to coming back and trying new flavors.
Parking: This is in a strip mall with a very popular Italian Restaurant. The parking lot can fill up between the restaurant and this Ice Cream Shop. You will find a spot though.
Kid-friendliness: It's an ice cream shop, The only thing more friendly would be Disney.
Wheelchair accessibility: No problem getting in from either side in a wheelchair.

We love to visit here every time we're in Florida. The ice cream choices are very good. If you are a big fan of the old favorites like rum raisin and new additions like a kahlua almond fudge, jump right in. They also sell seasonal collectibles in their gift shop within the store. Seating is sufficient inside and out. They have late hours till 9 pm the nights we have gone. If you're going to stay around for about a week remember that they have a loyalty program where you get a card punch for each item you purchase.
Parking: Be mindful that if you are coming from the West turning onto the highway at the closest light it is right after an intersection and can sometimes be difficult to get into if traffic is bad.
Wheelchair accessibility: Curb access to location right in front of store. Don't recall if there is a ramp at the curb.

Lovely place this was my first time and definitely will return!
Not sanitary, didn't wear gloves when cutting up banana for sundae. Gave my wife a brownie in her sundae that she didn't ask for and charged me for it. She told them she didn't want a brownie but they didn't seem to care, neither did the owners son when we contacted him about what happened. Their ice cream is good but won't be going back.

I went here for a treat for my family because we really don’t get to spend much time together. While the ice cream is good, the service is terrible. When the lady behind the counter asked me what I wanted, I told her and followed with “please”. She then mocked me and basically made fun of my manners. I didn’t know what to do because I’ve literally never been treated like this, ever. So I just took the ice cream and let my husband pay for it. She continued to be rude to him as he was paying. I’m not sure if she thought she was funny, but her behavior was out of line and very hateful. We will not be going back.
