Let me be real, this review could very easily have been 1 star if it wasn't for my call with the manager Chloe today. I ordered the big box online last night as a square cut pizza. When it showed up it was thinner than the cardboard it was delivered in, and harder than if it had been sitting out for a month.

While I could continue, and write a review that may shock the world, I will say that even though the staff was not answering their phone last night, I spoke to Chloe today, and she is by far the best kind of manager a store could have. Kind, de-escalating, sweet, informative, and went above and beyond to make it where I not only was happy to give Pizza Hut a second chance, I will actually order from them again moving forward.

Thank you Chloe for showing me humanity and kindness, and compassion. I know it's just Pizza, but your character and leadership is what changed this from a negative experience, into one that made me smile today.

I highly suggest not working at this place, and if you do don’t get on anyones bad side even if it was not intentional. Once a select few people decide they don’t like you they will cut your hours and treat you poorly to get you to quit, not only did I experience this personally, I watched them treat someone the same exact way when I first started. I genuinely liked working for Pizza Hut and it’s sad to think I will probably never get to work in one again due to not putting in a 2 weeks notice. If I thought I could handle any more time being treated the way I was, I would have but they broke me down so much I had to leave. My manager would not communicate with me and wouldn’t give me the information to bring this up to the district manager, I hope the right people will see this and reach out to me and hopefully they won’t be able to do this to anyone else again.

I love when the girls are there to make our pizzas and they are very helpful. But on 2 for Tuesday the guy that works that day doesn't cook the pizzas well enough,doughy little topping and one pizza the topping were just dumped on top and alot were off the pizza. I like Tuesdays for the price. This guy shouldn't be making pizzas. Not sure I'll go back

Placed order over the phone for pick up got to the restaurant in timely manner and the pizza came up wrong. So I explain to the server/ worker that it was wrong and this guy Kenneth was very arrogant disrespectful didn’t want to make what I originally ordered ! Will not return

I've ordered from this establishment 2x and received the wrong order. Trying to see how the new melts taste. And everytime I order the Meat lovers Melt they give me a Pepperoni melt. To pay the money, a person has to pay for food and still not get what you pay for is a travesty. And we used the app, plus picked up our own food. I won't be going here. Ken is supposed to refund me for the melt this time.

Ordered online had to wait for 2 hours to get my order was not offered a sorry about that nor any of my money back , nothing for my inconvenience, my children had to stay up til after 10pm because someone can't do there job. I hope the people they delivered my order to enjoyed it. Very disappointing

BEWARE with delivery. There have been 3 times that the driver forgot our drinks or have the wrong kind. Tonight, I called them on the error because enough is enough. The worker told me it would be 20-25 minutes before they could get it out to us. When I expressed my frustration that the food would be cold by then, the person's response was to hang up on me. No offer to make it right, just wait 20-25 minutes and then CLICK.

After 50 minutes and still no soda, called back. This time the rep was apologetic however no soda was slated to be delivered. I explained that I figured as much but wanted it officially canceled. Supposedly they will speak to the person that hung up on me and speak to the GM about the situation.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. As usual the pizza and bread sticks were excellent! While we were waiting for everything to be ready, we took a walk checking out the area in Sebastian.
