Pops Ice Cream

The two girls working behind the counter tonight were so sweet! I would def recommend the salted caramel, razz-berry and blueberry cheesecake!

I was in there with my mom & we just moved to the area. Found Pops online and we love supporting small businesses. Ice cream was good but the service was not. The shorter woman with tattoos behind the counter tonight was nothing but condescending the entire interaction. She talked back to me and my mother twice. Ruined the whole experience. I’ve been in hospitality for 13 years and that was just terrible to speak to someone that way

Stopped into Pop’s in Sebastian and yeah… it still hits.

I went with a cone stacked with Raspberry Haze and Gator Tracks, and that combo absolutely worked. The Raspberry Haze had that tart, fruity punch that wakes your taste buds up, while the Gator Tracks brought the creamy, chocolate-peanut-butter goodness to balance it out. Sweet, rich, a little chaotic in the best way.

The shop itself is bright, playful, and packed with personality. You can tell this place is loved by locals, kids, parents, dogs, everyone. Staff was friendly and patient even with a steady line, which I always appreciate.

Simple math here. Solid flavors, generous scoops, good vibes. If you’re anywhere near Sebastian and craving ice cream, Pop’s is an easy yes.

Pops ice cream is worth the drive (we come down from Palm Bay) because they have REAL ice cream and a ton of flavors. New and regular flavors as well as special ones for adults. Decent prices and helpful staff.

If you’re anywhere near Sebastian, Florida and don’t stop at Pop’s Ice Cream… congratulations, you’ve made a terrible life choice.

The ice cream here is so good I’m convinced they have a secret underground lab where tiny dessert wizards hand-craft each scoop with love and possibly a little Florida magic. I ordered two scoops—No complaints whatsoever.

The staff? Friendlier than people who just won the lottery. The vibe? Pure sunshine with a side of nostalgia. The menu? It reads like a list of flavors you’d create if someone asked, “What does happiness taste like?”

By the time I finished my 2 scoops, I was basically ready to write Pop’s into my will.

If you want ice cream that makes you question every other dessert you’ve ever eaten, Pop’s is the place.

Excellent ice-cream. Lots of unique flavors and regular flavors. A lot of cone choices.

Great hand dipped ice cream. All sorts of flavors to choose from. Waffle cones are the cone of choice. A medium is 4 scoops and each one can be a different flavor. Yummy 😋

The ice cream is wonderful and the price is not bad at all. Plus the location is nice to sit at and eat your ice cream after a long day.
