Best homemade ice cream in Sebastian! Great staff, great flavor options. Ice cream is so good, I can’t eat the stuff from grocery stores anymore!

This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised at how many choices there were. The lady that waited on us was patient and helpful while my kiddos decided what they wanted. Definitely somewhere we will visit again. The prices are so reasonable and the quality of the ice cream is perfect. Make it a stop if you're wanting some delicious ice cream. Plenty of parking and other little shops to visit before or after you get your ice cream in the plaza.

Drove up from Disney’s Vero beach. Well worth the drive!
Ice cream was so good and great selection of toppings.
I love it when a place knows enough to put your ice cream in a dish one size up if you order a lot of toppings!

Our new favorite ice cream shop!! Our first visit was amazing. Went went in just after lunch time on 1/12/25. Addy was so incredibly helpful and sweet to our children! She didn’t rush us to decide on a flavor, she offered samples to try them out before we made a selection, and she did it all with a smile on her face! Props to Pops and team! We will be back soon!

Why on earth hasn’t anyone else figured out the ICE CREAM FLIGHT?!! For those days when you can’t choose just one, Pop’s offers an option for a flight of four flavors to try several kinds of ice cream. I can’t believe this is the first time I’ve seen this. Brilliant! I had a combo of death by chocolate and espresso chip, they even knew to ask which flavor I wanted on bottom. I’ll definitely be going back!
