We've always had great food here. But tonight we ordered steaks and they were so salty, we could not finish the dinner. Chef Michael was not there. The chef that was there, only had to taste the sauce. We also had a piece of breaded cod that shouldn't have been on our plate.

The restaurant reminded me of New England shore. We had a large party and the staff handled it very well. Fish was outstanding cooked perfectly, and the portions were very generous. Fresh fish cooked simply and perfectly you can't go wrong. Beer and wine only which they had a nice selection. My only thought is the staff could dress a little more professionally and the bread was terrible. Menu was very extensive Fun place

Wonderful food! Huge menu selection to suit every taste. I had the half rack of ribs and they were delicious! The meat fell off the bone, succulent and tender. I would definitely eat here again.

I was waiting a long time to try the Fish & Chips. Here is my honest response: went with the Cod option as it is the most “British”.

It was horrible!!!! Tasteless, batter was stringy. If you ever made beer battered first before you should know it should be soft and tasty. No flavor, the fish was not salted before battered.

A BIG NO on the fish!!!!

Rest of the food was good. Service was okay.

Better places in Sebastian to consider.

this was the first time I’ve been here and I was delightfully surprised. I ordered the wedge salad and then a side of mussels. That was the best wood salad I’ve ever had in my life. The portions were plentiful and it was very very tasty. The muscles were excellent too.

Fish and chips were amazing. Jenna was our server and she was great, very attentive. Food came quickly and was fresh and hot. Tap selection was very good. Atmosphere was very relaxed.

What a hidden gem! Excellent menu, food was great and the owner must be really cool based on the patriotic items placed around the bar. Seems like a place the locals frequent. NOT a tourist trap. Highly recommend!

Great menu and ambiance the only downside the batter on the fish and chips- too heavy
Needs more beer or ale to lighten it up
Make it flakier
Pick up u recipe from fishy fishy in Kinsale County Cork, and a side salad served with dinners would be a great enhancement to any entree. ps cobia excellent and Guinness Zero( overpriced on the Zero)
Fish preparation add broiled and grilled

This visit was a disastrous experience. It was 7:30 pm on a Thursday. The table was so dark we had to use cellphones to read the menus Likewise to eat our meals. My partner had shrimp and grits and I have ribs. The ribs were amateurish, way over sauced and cooked. The potatoes were just past raw and the beans straight out of a gallon Bush’s beans can. Maybe they we having a bad night but I wouldn’t eat there again

You will note that the owner took umbrage to a less than 5* review by being unbelievably childish. Had he or she been a real restauranteur, the response would have been. "We are sorry you did not enjoy your meal. You should have let us know so we could make it right." Instead just a stream of abuse.

5 of us went out for a late lunch and really enjoyed it! Ambiance: small, locals place. Decor rather funky. Multiple tables plus a bar seating area. Extensive menu. Located next to a lovely park by the water. Service: Orders taken quickly and efficiently. Bread delivered prior to the orders was a nice touch. Delivery quick. Getting drink refills was a bit challenging. Food: I got the fish and chips (fries order steaming hot and crispy). The size of the fish was HUGE and served steaming hot and totally delish! The fries: not really hot and definitely not crispy. My husband got a couple of sides: crab legs and muscles- both serving sizes were big and yummy. All in all: good stop! If you found this helpful, I'd appreciate a thumbs up!

Wow! We just stumbled upon this place, so glad we did! My husband had the scallop scampi, and I had the shrimp scampi, hands down the best I've ever had. Food was piping hot, do yourself a favor and check it out.
