Food was good. Server was fantastic. We met up with family for dinner. Was a nice great time. Was freezing cold inside so I recommend a jacket if you get gold easy. Great time overall.

Tried coming in around 8pm Saturday night for dinner (they close at 10pm). Took a few mins to be seen by the hostess which was fine, but then we sat waiting for over 25 mins waiting for a server to even take drinks. We were passed by servers and hostess while they were running other tables (only about 5 tables full in the whole place, max). They didn’t even notice we walked out. Wouldn’t come back. Place smelled awful and the bathroom was musty (toilets leaked when you flushed them, sinks were dirty etc) just bad experience overall.

Got here at 610pm. Not many people here. Took one hour to get water and drinks. Had to Hunt down our own silverware! No one came to ask if we wanted another drink. Took long long time to get food and one meal was wrong. One meal was cold. No one came to ask how the food was. Had to go into the kitchen after another 45 minutes to beg for our check. 7 workers standing around a computer laughing. Place wasn’t busy! No excuse. Veterans standing around waiting to be seated… no one came to them. Worst experience ever. Sad….

Place needs updating. Sitting at table by bathroom and the table cloth had rust on it. The ruby Tuesday in Jensen beach is 100 times better. Burgers weren’t as good. We were starving so we ate. Server was very good.

Waiting over 5 minutes at the door no response from anyone. When I spoke to the manager he says I only have 3 employees working and I said that's not my fault I still want what I ordered. He gave me my food and when I got home it wasn't even made right.

We get what we expect at RT. A pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff and a great salad bar. Never fails. We occasionally augment the salad with soup or an appetizer.
