A classically trained Chef is huge. Hard to Master, precise measurements and patience. I was an Executive Chef for 45 years and back in the day Durkee and Pennant suppliers of bulk puff pastry had a serious problem with non-rising issues and I had to make The Truly Difficult Puff Pastry for two years until they figured it out. Just about killed my back. I was Chef at Wayside Inn in Vero for 15 years and we sold a ton of Chicken Pot Pies with Puff Pastry. My Hat's off to this Real Bakery right here in our quant Sebastian Community Good job and I will be putting in an order for my favorite White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies OMG And I will Guess again Chef...137 Dave Mathews Concert Shows. Omg I had the peanut butter brownie and the chocolate cupcake my god their food is to die for. The lovely gentleman in there was so sweet awesome customer service and the food did i say was to die for? Absolutely love this place im coming back for sure. Went there yesterday for the first time. I was very surprised that there was very little variety of pastries, no bread or croissants, and I was there early at 9:30 in the morning. I questioned the lady behind the counter and she indicated that she was waiting for the snowbirds to arrive and she’d have more variety. I have never been in a bakery that did not sell any type of breads or croissants, regardless of the population nearby. Being a Sebastian‘s resident, I guess what that means is that the bakery will only have a nice selection for those tourists who don’t live here when they arrive for the winter months. The prices were a little steep I thought, for what they did have available, but the pastries I purchased were very good and fresh. Probably won’t be back though due to their limited choices and prices.

The vibe of the store was good family owned I got greeted as soon as I came in, and the variety was okay. It’s just a little bit less. I originally went looking for donuts, but the person told me that the donuts don’t come till September. So I settled for cupcake. It was really good and moist but the ingredients could be a little bit more natural

Very friendly, we got the chocolate croissant and the creme filled donut for a little over $6, great price and quality. We'll definitely be back to try out their tasty looking donuts, I want the espresso cupcake. Give this husband and wife duo a shot, you won't regret it.
