I have given this Taco Bell 3 tries. It failed miserably. The food is downright awful. The beef used here is dry and spice less. Tacos are cold and lacking ingredients. Staff is rude, condescending, and unpleasant. Never returning to this establishment. Sad, Sorry, and Gross! You have been warned.

They always seem to be short staffed with cars piling up in front waiting for their drive thru food. I've now made it a habit to open everything before leaving and ask for a receipt because they don't give them and then you have nothing to go on. With all this, I will say the staff are super nice and putting on a brave face but it's clear, there are staffing troubles. Be patient if you do want the colonels chicken....be kind and patient.

Worst Taco Bell location ever! Always have to wait for my order and then they bring it out cold! The workers are rude and they obviously don’t know what they are doing! This is my burrito tonight! Had no idea the toppings come on the outside of it 🤦🏼♀️

Not the workers fault all on manager HOW TF do you run out of hard shells for tacos , went there drive-thru girl says sorry we are out no discount offered for them being out on anything else we wanted will not go back if management is dropping the ball that's what he/she is teaching the workers NO TY BTW if u have soft shells why couldn't u offer to throw them in fryer , again save yourself the bs don't go here
Guy who works drive-thru in early evening is surly and dismissive. I think he needs Calgon to take him away, or maybe he should just go away. Orders incomplete, food not made correctly, and straws with no paper on them- can you say UNSANITARY? Makes you drive around to front doors and wait for food when THERE'S NO ONE BEHIND YOU. Done with this place.
