Beefy 5 layer only had half a layer all 3 of them . The 4 supreme soft tacos only tea spoon of meat in . I've worked at a taco bell before and those were far from scale . I work for FPL me and my crew won't be back

Yet again this restaurant gives customers the worst experience...maybe if they didn't have their kids at work in the kitchen the food wouldn't be so disgusting...I hate WASTING MONEY HERE! My $48 was not worth being pissed AGAIN AND STILL HUNGRY!

Since the store, workers and managers have NO PRIDE in their work I suggest you should just close down and let a business that cares open up here.

They will short you food EVERY time. Without fail, items will be missing from every order. It’s happened so many times at this location I’m starting to think it’s intentional.

I'm never going to come here again. Y'all charged me almost 50 dollars for tacos and barely put enough in it to call it a taco. I ordered a party box, a 7 dollar cheesy gordita crunch that had almost no cheese on it, the new 7 dollar box thing and a number 3. Nothing was wrapped properly. Everything was all tossed in 1 bag and made getting everything handed out to my family a guessing game. Almost 50 dollars in food and only received maybe 2 dollars worth of meat, 50 cents in cheese a dollar in tortillas, 5 cents in lettuce and 15 cents in hard taco shells. And that's being GENEROUS in estimates. How do you find this acceptable?

The owner of this store should be embarrassed. But I know they're not. That's why this is allowed to happen. I'm sitting here looking for my receipt and they failed to even give that to me or put it in the bag. Obviously they don't want to be reported to corporate.

1 star across the board.

❗️Much more expensive than other locations.
$7.49 for just a chicken quesadilla. It's usually 5 and change at other locations.
❗️tacos barely have anything in them and are soaked.
❗️Not everyone, but some have really bad attitudes for no reason.
❗️7 out of ten times I'll get the incorrect order and or missing items. Then they give you a stink eye for checking quick before you leave lol.

Going to have to drive to vero when I get my taco bell fix. Steer clear of this location.

Gross. I went through the drive through and ordered around 4 things. They told me to pull around and wait and it would be about 5 minutes. So I did, waited outside for 20 minutes and didn’t get my food so I pulled back around through the drive though, explained to them I didn’t get my food and was met with annoyed attitudes by 3 employees. They then gave me the wrong bag again, and then as I was looking through it the girl yells “give it back”. What?? lol. So I give it back and get my “correct” order. I ordered large nacho fries and got a medium Taco Bell fry cup filled with KFC fries. This literally feels like a joke. And their inside dining room was closed due to a flood. Not sure what’s going on at this Taco Bell. I don’t usually write reviews but this was insane.

Most of the 8 items I ordered were wrong or missing. Very disappointing to discover this when I am already home and to pay for something I didn’t receive. Do not go to this Taco Bell/KFC. Employees are not friendly either.

This location very reliably gets your order very wrong. It happens every time I go. The last several times I've gone it's taken about 30 mins to get the food when ordering at the drive through, then an extra 10 mins or so to get the order fixed. The staff is always very kind and respectful though - they just seem to be constantly understaffed. They always correct the issue, and of course can't take back the food. So I guess there's a silver lining that you reliably get free extra food. But that's not ideal for the company. Observed customers being unhinged animals. The people who work there are in fact humans with feelings, y'all gotta be more respectful to them idc how hangry you are Karen.
